Absolutely amazing as I too went through similar and for the longest time I suffered from asthma and even when I wasn't having an attack I felt my breathing was shallow to the point of forcing myself to try breathing deeper, but it always felt constricted. I went through talking to myself as you were speaking with her and I was able to breathe again without constriction! Thank you so much for helping her and inadvertently helping me as well.
Wow! This was really meant for me to watch. I'm glad Megan received some clarity and was able to get some relief from her trauma. That "lightness" that she felt afterward is a beautiful feeling. It's as if you are floating when you let go of trauma that has been weighing you down for years. As the session was going on, I, too, revisited past trauma and received some clarity about the relationship with my father. Past events that I haven't thought about in years came up. What resonated with me the most is when you said her father was a flawed, imperfect person expecting and attempting to instill perfection in her. That has been the majority of my life but isn't anymore! To be able to retrieve your power back and know that you don't need the approval of anyone else and that you are FREE to be, do, or have whatever you desire is absolutely priceless. Thank you for sharing this session. It gave me much more than I was expecting. 💛💛💛

Sorry about your experience. I have had clients come to me that have had bad experiences with other therapists, but they were not RTT therapists. Did it feel good to start with? The method is exceptionally efficient and transforming when done the way Marisa does it. Hope you find good help!
I wil listen to this for more than one session. I have just about the same need of healing to do because the exact same thing happened to me. My mother and father are not here any longer but from what I saw in this session I will also be helped from just about the same thing that happened to me. I don't know if it will take more than one session here but it certainly will be worth the effort to check to find out. Thank you so much for this.

The villainizing of the father (or anyone who’s harmed us) seems excessive and unhelpful over the long term in my opinion, because it transmits the negativity rather than transmutes which allows it to re-propogate, but the process of liberation for this woman’s younger selves was glorious to watch. 🥲
I arrived at this exact thought, especially considering the long term. However, I believe it helps her from the point of view of a child (in a trance) who typically perceives things in extremes to stand up for herself towards anyone. This radical shift in perception allowed her to open up to a new and progressive perspective, thereby regaining her power. Returning the flaws to the person to whom they originally belong, rather than her holding onto them, allowed that child to release these flaws with the realization, "that's not me anymore." I assume the 'villain' perspective died with that memory, thus restoring balance... Just a hypothesis.
