Mahoraga was TANKING the full force of Cleave and Dismantle whilst inside Sukuna's Domain because Mahoraga adapted to the Very Phenomenon "Slash".

I don't think anyone would be upset if we get a break from the anime so the animators get their well-deserved break

Its crazy that the main antagonist is inside the protagonist.

Mahoraga is basically Doomsday from DC but with the ability to adapt mid fight as opposed to evolving immunity to whatever killed him last.

Im convinced Jerry doesn't read subtitles. They will literally be explaining something and Jerry would completely just ignore everything and ask whats going on.

The greatest episode of jjk so far🐐🔥. Hats off to the animators, especially given the harsh conditions at mappa. They are truly gifted, hopefully the studio exececs give them time off after this one, they deserve it💯💯❤️.

2:00 explaination: In order for a Ten Shadows user to use Shikigami they first need to invoke the ritual and fight that Shikigami to subjugate it to control it. They can invoke the summoning ritual however many times and anyone nearby can participate. Once the Shikigami has killed/incapacitated the participants or is subjugated it is then dismissed. Megumi used the Subjugation Ritual to kill the enemy because since the enemy was forced to be a participant that Shikigami will not stop until it has killed the participants.

One of the animators came out and said due to the scheduling they were only able to put out 30% of what they originally had planned for this episode. IMAGINE THIS EPISODE AT 100% 🤯

Funny fact: One of the animators couldn't find a photo of the floor plan for one of the buildings that sukuna destroyed,so they used the design of Mappa's production floor for the building instead 😭😭

We saw multiple times in S1 that Megumi was about to unleash something powerful and throw his life away. But it's so funny that when it FINALLY gets used, it's against Haruta of all people. Mahoraga. Sukuna shows up and has fun for a bit but unlike with Jogo, he realizes that having fun won't be enough for this thing. If it adapts to all of his moves, there won't be a path to victory. So he has to take it out in one blow. Then he demolishes most of the city, annihilates SO MANY PEOPLE(including Haruta who's luck had ran out) and then makes Yuji see and experience it all so he can laugh at his misery. Once again, Sukuna is not Yuji's friend. He is not on his side at all. Yuji's suffering and despair brings Sukuna entertainment. Just like how he laughed with Mahito when Junpei was killed in front of Yuji. He is diabolical. And now, Nanami is back. Nearly burnt to a crisp but still walking. Where does his path lead to, I wonder?

Sukuna’s whole purpose here was to basically test out Mahoraga & Megumi’s strength. He could’ve easily walked up to all 3 of them & immediately summoned his domain and saved time but he didn’t.

Megumi doesn't HAVE to die to summon Mahoraga, but that shikigami can't be tamed so he probably will anyway. That's the point. That's what Gojo is talking about when he tells Gumi to not give up his life in fights. Because this particular summon basically equals to dying, so Megumi is just throwing his life away every time he attempts it.

So many good fights this season, i cant decide which one is my favorite!

As he is it's hard to consider Megumi someone who could throw hands with Gojo. But after seeing the strongest Shikigami, as well as the others we haven't seen yet, I dunno man. Imagine if he completes his domain expansion. It seems like he could manipulate the ten shadows freely in it and summon multiples of them. So imagine a Megumi who's tamed Mahoraga as well as a completed domain expansion, that would be insane and on Gojo's level. Doubt it will happen before the end of the series but I hope it does.

Sukuna was like "Shinra Tensei"

You know thinking about it now, Maho does share a lot of similarities with Nemesis from Resident Evil. How he looks for sure and in the OG RE Nemesis game, Nemesis and the game AI also adapt to how you play the game. The game can downright destroy you to where it seems unfair by adapting the difficulty much like how Maho adapts. I wonder if the author is a fan of the RE games 🤔

Basically mahoraga, the shikigami sukuna faught, killed both a limitless and 6 eyes user and then also someone with the 10 shadows technique, megumi “died” because he wasnt strong enough to take on mahoraga
