I picked up an rtx 2070 when they first came out. Had a feeling I wouldn't regret it regardless of the absolute mass of tech reviewers who were saying nope. I was right, no regrets.

Team 2070 I paid $500 for my Strix 2070 in 2019.

Paid the same for my 2070 Gigabyte in 2019. I just upgraded to a 3070 ti for the next few years. The 2070 is still a force at 1440. Mine OC's very well.

@@Blackson187 👍Tony, thanks for the reply, serious question. Do you think it was worth the upgrade from the 2070 to the 3070 Ti? With GPU prices settling down, the 3070 Ti is the card I would most likely purchase if I don't wait until the next generation of GPU's. I would really like to hear what you think about going from a 2070 to a 3070 Ti, since we started in the same boat so to speak. 😀

@@auntiepha8343 yes. It is a huge difference. I have a 1440p monitor so I figured the 3080 was kinda overkill for 1440. The 2070 is still impressive, but the 3070ti is just way better at everything and the fps difference is drastic

@@Blackson187 Thanks man. I am on 1440p too a Acer Predator 27". The 2070 is still performing good but I am tempted to grab a 3070 ti , sell the 2070 and call it a day. I really appreciate your response. Congratulations on your 3070Ti.
