This video is the one that mostly stays close to my reality (I have a 4600g)... Its honestly been pretty tough to decide which graph card to pick, but this video definitely made me realize that going for 1440p is probably still too much for me, at least for gaming.. 😅
some keep saying that 3060 is not for 1440 gaming, and I don't agree with it, when you get from 30 to 60+ fps then that's a good card. I mean is the 4060 and 3070 really worth it at this point?
@@elroyhoyabembe4828 I think it depends, using a controller 45 fps feels very smooth in third person games for example, but for first person games using mouse I agree 60 fps is the minimum requirement
DLSS + Optimized settings (videos on RU-vid that shows you what settings to pick to have the same quality as max settings (or something close)) + just admitting that you won’t be able to put everything to max settings for every game, aint so bad
I need help I have pretty much the same spec Ryzen 5 5600x, RTX 3060 Vision, 32 inch 165hz monitor. But when I play Elden Ring at custom setting medium-high my fps is like under 30, CS GO 1080 lowest setting i get around 70-80 fps in combat. how can i fix that? and also i feel like most of the games i play is underperforming. i looked up why and it said it might because of power supply but mine is 850 watts plus gold
Ray tracing is simply a technology that tries to replicate shadows and reflections on realistic ways... Of course, the point that IF u want those realistic reflections, a graph card that already has this technology will perform much better, but if you don't care about it, you might even buy one that doesn't have RTX, like 1660 Super; or a cheaper RTX one, like Rtx 2060... Some good options as well are the 5700, 5800, and 6600 (XT and non-XT) series from AMD, all depending on your budget.
Well, i have the same setup except the CPU (Ryzen 5 5600 , without X) , should i buy a 170Hz 1440p monitor ? Btw i'm a competetive player, i don't play single player story games.
Gaming performance, they perform the same. I use them both in my benchmark videos, sometimes 10 and some 11. But i prefer 10 since the 11 still have some bugs
@@shadowseven Ah good. Thanks for the reply. Soon i'm going to give a fresh re-install of windows, for my 5800X3D. I wasn't sure which to go for but Windows 10 seems more straight forward and easy to use for the moment. I will probably use Windows 11 next year or so..
Ryzen 5 5600 16gb ram Rtx 3060 12gb In 1440p 75hz monitor I play most offline storyline games sometime multiplayer with friends How long will rtx 3060 will last in 1440p for me ?
@@UniqueWisdom1ff85 fps for 1440p on AAA games will almost certainly be a struggle for a 3060. You’ll have to be willing to significantly compromise on settings. High settings I’d expect closer to 40-50 unless we’re talking the latest open world games. 3060 is definitely more future proofed at 1080p.
I use a 1440p ultra wide monitor with my 3060 it does well I don’t really ever have to do low settings but it will just refuse to go in higher settings.
Hmm okey elden ring was a strange one he starts with 1440p max RT off gets around 35 fps Screen cuts for 1 second still using 1440p Max RT off and gets 60 locked that is scetchy
Bro plz help meee. With sm GPU and Cpu i want to make a build. But i chose a Aouras b450m mobo. For some budget issu Is i get any major performance drop? As compare if i pick a 550 mobo??
