I hate that performance, and they had the audacity to throw 16GB of VRAM on the card for an extra $150 when theres way better cards that could've used that. Literally all the 4070 cards could utilize 16GB 🤦‍♂️

The Ti use to mean something, use to mean top notch, but now even the older cards without the Ti can beat the later Ti cards

The 4060 Ti gets outperformed by the 3060 Ti in some games when it comes to raw performance, which is totally unacceptable. The 3060 Ti is a midrange GPU that outperforms the 2080 Super, which was a high end GPU for nearly half the price. That is what you call solid value and a proper generational upgrade. The 4060 Ti can't even match the 3070, though. This is why consumers are unhappy with current gen midrange GPUs. They are significantly more expensive than their last gen counterparts but are hardly any faster. Where is the value and point in that? Back when Nvidia's current gen 60 class GPU was either matching or outperforming the previous gen high end GPU, not to be mistaken with the flagship GPU, they were selling extremely well. My point is that the midrange GPU from the latest generation would either match or outperform the previous gen high end GPU. The 70 class GPUs used to offer previous gen flagship levels of performance at a much lower price. That's what a lot of consumers want back, and doing that will certainly help Nvidia's gaming segment grow by a considerable amount.

Beautiful idea to use dlss quality + frame gen where possible, it reflects the real use of Nvidia gpu, since I had but my first RTX, I always used DLSS in 2K, wonderful technology

My daughter’s 3070 goes above 225W but yours never does? Have you got two separate PCIE power cables plugged in? I’m building a budget PC just to play Fortnite on with my kids and I’m not sure if I should buy a second hand 3070, new 4060 Ti 8GB or 4060 Ti 16GB. I wouldn’t buy the 16GB now but if in say a year from now it’s £100 cheaper I might. Way too expensive at the moment, too close the price of a 4070.

Hogwart Legacy is also DLSS 3.0 compatible so why not add it to the comparison (Espacially when the 3070 beat the 4060Ti ....)

4060Ti 16gb is a fantastic card really, it's compact, have 16gb vram, raw power as a 3070, extremely efficient.. it is a fantastic card it it comes within $340-370..but as per our area's pricing, it's a ultra overrated trash

Для справедливости на 3070 могли бы включить DLSS2, и генерация кадров жрет очень прилично памяти, что делает её не особо используемой на 8гб картах, а в 2к и 4к уже будет нужны все 16 гб. Поэтому если брать 4-х линейку , то от 4070 TI SEPER и выше, остальные уже отстают по памяти(

Fg feels like 🐕💩 if your native fps isn't locked at 60+ all of the time. 4060ti is just ewaste.

Instead of buying a 4060 TI at this point you just go for 7600 XT which is cheaper than 4070 TI and has more vram for games like avatar frontiers of Pandora and Last of us part one. If you want 4060ti 16GB vram It's almost $450 in my country and it is ridiculous. Giving the 8GB in 2024 is atrocious and not acceptable. We need at least 12 GB to run modern games

This is such a odd mashup of 8gb vs 16gb vs no dlss vs dlss frame gen. The only latency number I see is inaccurate as it shows that dlss frame gen has lower latency. I understand throwing in frame gen as a feature but it is disingenuous to compare it without properly noting the tradeoffs. It is comparing a feature that increases latency to raw performance with better responsiveness. If you do not show these things then people will get the wrong idea about what performance is actually achieved which nullifies the entire purpose of a video like this.

Please test an Intel 14900K with dual rank A-Dies. So 2x32gb at 7000++ with CL34. All z790 4x dimm motherboards can run this custom config/clock. Test this against single rank 7200 CL34 2x16gb. G.Skill 6000 CL30 dual rank A-Die kits can overclock easily to 7200+
