@@ronny1x_ yeah compcitygiveaways my misses entered the rog 4090 pc competition at 69p a ticket and won an instant win rtx 4060 full set up gaming pc with 8 tickets
i pljayed cyberpunk / alanwake 2/ dead island 2 and robocop so far with no problems on ultra with ray tracing on 1080... around 60-90fps... im glad i got a 4060 instead of a ps5
Hey, would you recommend this card instead of the RX 6700 XT if : 1. Electricity is an issue here (Altough undervolting the 6700 XT is an option), 2. I want to use the card for primarily gaming but editing, 3d rendering, game development, or basically for college Informatics, (I did hear that nGreedia is better at those tables) 3. 1440p , i mean with the help of DLSS 3 / 3.5 in single player games and i do intent on competitive games like APEX on 1440p with a 180Hz monitor... I do have the budget of a RX 7800 XT (Gpu only) but i think I'm overspending.
Questionable, the thing is that the RTX 4060 is better in all segments except gaming. In many games, the 6700 XT would perform better just by displaying the native resolution without any upscaling technology. Now, I am not someone who likes any upscaling technology, but if I were in your position, I would go for an RTX 4060 considering electricity consumption and overall your situation with electricity issue. I have one more suggestion for you: the RTX 4060 Ti, with either 16GB or 8GB, both of which are better than the 6700 XT even in gaming.
@@edwardbenchmarks Alright, thanks man! So much of the reviewers just hate the RTX 4060 Ti but they only cover it in gaming performance, and for electricity i think i can undervolt the amd cards?
If you have a cpu bottleneck you should use highest possible settings and resolution to avoid it and even in some scenario if the bottleneck is huge it can impact a lot on fps, meaning that you can have actually better performance with higher settings.
Actually that's a good question and definitely if i was you, i would choose RTX 4060, it's kinda more stable, better drivers, and at least frame gen hardware based which I dont prefer i mean i dont prefer any upscaling dlss fsr frame gen wherever but if i have it, 4060 is an option.
All my benchmarks are documented with meticulous precision, thus any apprehension regarding their validity is unwarranted. Furthermore, I have meticulously disclosed all utilized settings, consistently opting for 1440p resolution with predominantly elevated or maximum configurations, as well as furnishing detailed specifications at the onset of the presentation. Additionally, there is no occurrence of a CPU bottleneck. It is plausible to achieve a superior framerate with the 4060.
