😂I rubbed mine when I saw the title, expecting to see something happen, like it said......but nothing happened!....so then I decided I better watch the video!
@@funkadoug1 3 and i heard a great voice out of heaven saying, behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and be their God 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes: and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. Know that God loves you and the best way you can serve him is to serve thy neighbor. Thank you for this message. :)
@@christyhill4471 Maybe you should try it, it saved my life, and gave me a desire to live and be happy, and I am so blessed I did it because if It wasn't for the Bible I would be dead.
Even with my spinal injury, I like to work in one of my gardens; although slower than before. I have just changed what and how I do things now. Also, when able I love to get up in the morning and walk around the yard/gardens early in the morning before many people are out yet and smell the fresh air. 3rd, I love to watch and listen to the birds in the yard. They are very funny and actually have very interesting personalities. Their are many butterflies, bees, etc to watch, follow, take pics of, and more. It's so relaxing. Watching all the other animals sure h as squirrels, ferrel cats, and some more wild ones is extra. 😁
You answered a question I've had my whole life! It's about the pressure point on the bottom of your foot approx 3“ below your big toe. I would get the worst cramps in that exact spot & usually the next day or 2 I'd get a major migraine or something else that would keep me in bed. I had mentioned it to friends, family & even doctors all of whom would give me a strange look, thinking I was crazy! But now it makes complete sense. I was on stress overload causing the migraines & such. What do you think? Is it something else unrelated? Or do you think I'm onto something here? I'd greatly appreciate your response & input. Hope to hear from you soon! Bonita Do you agree? Or think it's unrelated? Possibly something else?
S Ford , If it's sinus headache, then rub between your browls, or try applying a little pressure there, or on tear ducts. Otherwise, I would suggest a dark, silent room, with a wet rag on your forehead, and partially over your eyes too. ♡ I'm notorious for headaches. =(
Thanks for sharing these ideas I found them very interesting I will be sure to try them I stress easy. My way of dealing with it is taking deep breath.

Another pressure point is your neck, if your have a friend come and help you, tell them to snap your neck, all pain will cease and you will never feel pain again. It 100% works.
Its sad that theres only one person other than me who commented on this other than me one. I feel lonely, but I also thought something very bad. Its likely the same thing
These are not just stress points. These are also spiritual points for healing and calm. Stress level is such a modern term and is aimed at achieving less stress which creates more stress. Spiritual points are about letting go and receiving-reducing self concern and producing calm and awareness.
Accupressure has been around for some 2,000 years. It definitely works, albeit it's different for everyone. The one on your wrist to help with queasiness worked for me. When going on a cruise you can buy a wrist band with a kind of half marble on it that puts pressure on a certain spot-i was skeptical at first but it actually does help.
