Hey Cani, big fan from Portugal! So, as i'm from portugal i know amorim extremely well. He will probably start straight away with the 3 at the back, he has a very specific way of working and his own playstyle and he is extremely loyal to that. There is also the possibility that he adapts Wingers to the wingback positions and he did in sporting with Catamo, Quenda, nuno santos etc. As he uses very offensive wingbacks normally he uses 2 attacking midfielders to support the striker more from the inside. With him you never know, his teams are able to play from the wings and also from the inside, thats why it is so difficult to play against him, you never know whats he's going to do His main positive aspect is the communication, he is a very good communicator inside the dressing room and to the media. I think that if they give him time to work he will seriously cook something special and may bring Man united back to glory. Also, he loves to use academy players, he did an amazing job with that in sporting and will do the same with Man U for sure
@@CaniSports He did beat him twice, you are correct but at that time ajax were a very good team and amorim didn't have half the players he has now in sporting, at that time they had lost key players from the previous season and also it was the debut in champions league for most of his squad and for him, they didn't have experience. @connorledwith98 yeah, they just need to trust in those two strikers now. They need to create more chances for them- i imagine Amorim would help with that.
remembering that Amorim has already trained Ugarte at Sporting and it is also possible to bring Hijulmand, Gonçalo Inácio, Quenda, and Gyökeres since they have been very important at the club, Quenda is very agile and knows how to open spaces very well, he may have great success there
Absolutely zero chance United drop 80-100m on Gyokeres after they just wasted 75m on Hojlund and 40m on Zirkzee. Not to mention, they have so many issues everywhere, need a LWB, 2 better CB's, especially one that can move into midfield when the wide CB's split, and a new CM, at an absolute minimum. Plus, they have Chido Obi-Martin coming through, who is regarded as potentially the best young striker in the PL at academy level.
If they do indeed go for.this formation i think it would bring the best out of zirkzee and I think that would be a benefit for for united. He thrived at bologna playing a false 9 and his ability with someone like gyorkyres up top and hoilund i think it would work well
My opinion on it is Ten Hag came to United trying to make it Ajax 2.0 and wanted to build the club with mostly his former players, I can’t take it from him that De Ligt and Lisandro Martinez are good signing but imo Diallo could literally do way better than Antony💀so an unnecessary amount of money paid when he has the talent in the club.. btw I’m a City fan but yk
I'm portuguese and a Sporting Clube de Portugal fan since I remember to be alive. My honest opinion is that Amorim going to Mancher United it was the best thing that happened to them... Believe me, remember when CR7 went to Manchester United? You can expect that now but with Amorim as a manager. Amorim is not just a good manager to put a team playing well and winning but he is gonna also put a very good environment between staff, direction, team and fans because he is a very good with communication. I can assure you that Amorim will not bring António Silva because he is not that good for the formation because he likes fast players to defende and António is not that good to the formation. About Ugarte you should remember that it was Amorim who made him being who he is now so right there it's a positive point for him and actually both. I think that Amorim with the time will send out the major of the older guys because he prefers the energy of the younger guys with a mindset to work but if they show really good work on the training and games they will stay also for sure... And forget about the egos... Believe me it's the best thing that happened to Manchester United. Not so good will be Sporting because it's a really big loss, bigger than any player from Sporting but in my opinion he will try to sign some players from Sporting like Gyokeres and right away will be Pote, only not if Bruno fills that position... Hjulmand will also be a option and then maybe Quenda and Gonçalo Inácio /Diomande because this team of Sporting this year is one of the best ever and in my opinion was supposed to do great things on champions league...right now let's see how it goes without him... Believe me... Rubén Amorim is special...

I understand something needed to change but honestly im sick snd tired of changing managers. The football hasnt been bad. These players need to go. I do not trust them. Besides certsin player's. Bruno and Rashford etc. Most of them been here since the Van Haal days. They need to be on thin ice
Its a bad decision they need immediate results they can’t wait for this next “big thing” to take his time and bring titles they should have gone with a experienced manager in premier league or a manager who has won titles kinda like what barca did they gave chance to xavi but changed after 2 and half seasons because they wanted immediate results and they signed flick whos crazy
