Managers who cannot perform in their job should be SACKED that is part of football for many decades!! Huge institutions like Real Madrid / Bayern/ PSG / Barcelona/ Milan etc sack managers because they’re RUTHLESS! No manager is bigger than the football club!! EVER
Saeed, I've just cooked Briyani today and it might have been one of the best I made so far. The taste, the spices, the consistence... everything was there. This is actually what I wish to Amorin: make this team lively and enjoyable to watch.
Sacking managers who cannot perform or do their job need to be sacked! It’s what Huge clubs like Real Madrid / Bayern/ PSG / Barcelona etc do! Because they’re ruthless
Arsenal fan here. I can't remember when last I saw Brudda Saeed smiling with an upbeat cheerful voice It will be a looooong road back though, you have to give this guy 3 years.
@@RaadDon So you think you can change 3 players and a couple of pep talks and win the league this season? Garnacho, Hojlund & Cobbie are very young and raw, they require 2 years of coaching to become top players. Antony & Rashford need SERIOUS redevelopment! Replacements need to be found for Bruno, Casemiro, Shaw, Maguire, Eriksen & Evans as they ARE NOT THE FUTURE. Not to mention the stadium and other things I won't mention because I do not want to upset anyone. And you think this can all be done in 2 weeks. You are obviously a child.
@@UltimateHibz Depends on the context RIGHT! If we keep challenging then keep him, if we fall behind by 10 points with no decent explanation then get rid.
@@Brodda-Syd ahh you've put in a caveat of decent explanation. What would be a your save Arteta clause in this case if you do finish 3rd and 10+ points behind City ? Surely you won't say injuries? As any campaign injuries are part of the game, and in his 6th year Arteta should have spend well enough and trained well enough to deal with such issues.
There were celebrations when Moyes left, celebrations when Van Gaal left, celebrations when Mourinho left, celebrations when Solskjaer left, now celebrating Ten Hag has gone. I'll be celebrating when Rashford, Bruno,Shaw, Maguire,Evans,Lindelof, Erickson, Garnacho, Antony have all left the club. The manager was out of his depth but these players are an absolute disgrace and if the new manager has to work with them he is simply just digging his own grave.
Rangnick warned Ten Hag about most of those players you mention and was given time to get rid of those players .. erik decided to keep them so hold Ten Hag accountable for such mess
@@OCastaneda16 like I said he was out of his depth and only contributed to the mess, his talent id is atrocious, bringing in ex players and thinking it would work. If the new manager isn't allowed to get rid of these frauds then it's pointless him even taking the job.
@@oohaahcantona6997 Saeed got his favourites bro. Rashford and company are players who have gotten several managers sacked. But hey blame it on the manager everytime
@@hishaamoz7741 Unfortunately Saeed is extremely naive and thinks that just changing the manager will solve everything, with regards to Ten Hag the alarm should have started ringing as soon as he said he can't play Ajax football but insisted on bringing his players in from Ajax. This squad is an absolute shambles, unless at least 90% are moved on then the club is just going to be stuck in the mud for a very long time.
Ok maybe we'll be celebrating when Rashford, Bruno, Shaw, Maguire, Evans, Antony and Lindelof have all left but not Garnacho man. I agree with you completely but come on bro.
Good vibes guys...great to see. Remember though every new dawn is quickly followed by the darkest night - that is an unavoidable law. However as soon as things get tough, and they will, I do not want you guys reverting to type - you get me?
I've always said it that you ten Hag inners hate United. You're now wishing failure on a United manager (the club you say you support) because the club got rid of the manager you love (even though he was ruining the club?) You should all follow EtH wherever he goes.
And so, the Man U lifecyle begins again. 1. Hope for a new manager 2. Great beginning by the manager. 3. Manager sells previous signings and brings his own players. 4.Run of bad results 5. "Get this fraud out of my club!" Chants. 6. Manager given new deal even after poor results. 7. Manager gets sacked and back to step 1
Man united funs and youtubers are also a problem they talk too much and not do good research when important roles in the club like the manager and scouting good players are concerned
It's amazing how happy they all are when basically only one man has left the club. All the problems that bedevilled ETH are still there & the new guy is stuck with a squad that's not fit for purpose. I'd have thought it would be better if someone with PL experience like Thomas Frank was at least spoken with instead of going for a man who kinda looks like he has the same background as Ten Hag. Success in one of the smaller European leagues doesn't guarantee success in the PL, he could get overwhelmed like ETH did.
@@wedongo Hojlund, Zirkzee, Rashford, Antony, Mount, Eriksen, Casemiro Maguire, Evan's, Martinez, no left back, Lindelof, Luke Shaw, Onana. Some of those player's have sacked three or four manager's. Eriksen died once & he's still healthier than Mount & Luke Shaw. Garnacho looks like a special needs child & Mainoo is only 19 & he's still got no pace. The top three all passed on Ugarte when PSG offered him around. It's a f'king mess. Should've sacked ETH after the cup final but no, the new regime knew better, smh.
Stop glorifying managers. If they are not delivering and competing with the best they SHOULD get fired. I don't care who they are. STOP expecting every manager to be long term. ETH has to go. Amorim will go too if he's not delivering.
Saeed my favorite mancunian (and adam ofc). I am not sure you will like amorim since he likes Bruno hehe but i hope amorim can make us better stylistically. We need games to be proud of , not fear of conceding shit goals. Pls dont care if people call you flip flop mate, its part of football changing opinions and such. Looking forward to see more of your content bro. Love it!
@OCastaneda16 ask yourself PAL why do players and managers all fail? From LVG,Jose,Ten Hag? Falcao,Sanchez,Maguire,Fred, Sancho, to name a few. No matter who comes in or how much money you throw at it, nothing will work! It's a poison chalices you're all drinking from and getting deluded expecting different results 🤣
These 2 had the same reaction about ten Hag and look where that got us. There's no doubt Amorim is a good manager but his track record is only for the Portuguese league, it's going to take some time to figure out the players and who's strong at playing in certain positions but most of all he's going to be thrown into the deep end in the hardest league in the world.
Pep wanted to sign fred, man u went for him we know how it ended. Pep wanted to sign sanchez from arsenal, man u went for him we know how it ended Pep wanted to sign Ronaldo, man u went for him, we know how it ended. Now man city were targeting amorim man u went for him, lets see how it ended
Amorim should be backed by everyone, not my first choice but will back him fully but I must see progress and top 4 next season, this season is write off anyway because of poor judgement from INEOS, ETH should have been sacked after the 7-0 and FA Cup final.
The emotion police are out in full force. Don't let anyone tell you that you shouldn't be excited. Forget the "Are you gonna win the league now?" "Are you gonna get top 4?" "Man Utd fans getting gassed again." "Your players are still shit.". We can have hope that the new manager will succeed. And if he doesn't he doesn't. If we can't get excited about our team and it's future then we might as well not watch.
He won't initially use the same formation he uses at Sporting, hopefully after a summer window, he can develop something especially suited for the prem. & a main core of players.
You can’t sack a manager and create negativity within the fan base when you win the FA cup the same day…. Without a doubt they have been working behind the scenes and waiting for the right moment to switch the narrative in the media completely. It’s gonna help Ruben massively.
So pissed off they couldn’t wait till Sunday to get rid of him they always do this man United end up playing well or get a lifeline against Chelsea all the fuk*n time
If the shortlist was Flick, Tuchel, Enrique and Amorim. You’d all hate him but because if not him it’s Potter or Southgate he’s like the Portuguese Pep Guardiola. Can guarantee he will do the same as Ten Hag,
What would have happened in the summer if they fired ETH when 80% of the fans wanted to have ETH. No one wanted to listen to that ETH had the worst United season ever in the prem. That he had the worst ever performance in the champions League. Gave the manager a chance, what did he do? performed worse then the season before. 8 points in 7 games. He was on the road of losing 50% of his 10 first league games of the season. Amorim got a crazy job to try and turn things around. and his first game will be against a Chelsea team that is rocking and rolling.
Saeed thinks it's all over 😂 it's not. You still have Erics players, same deadwood attack, same owners, same sporting directors, same Ineos and and lastly the Glazers. You're not out the Mud 😂
@@midsizesedan7620 extremely naive to think everything is suddenly going to be great. These fraud players will just make it as difficult as they have done for every other manager.
Problem is some of the players are just not up to the fight, And heads drop at 1st sign of pressure, And throw manager under the bus, Things need to change.
I can't lie, I was hoping that ETH would stay longer and I'm not happy taht Utd will probably get one of the best ypung managers in Europe in Amorim. Need to keep the CB's fit to play his back 3. But you do have CB's to play it...Flex is right with the CB choices. Need to find a LWB though. But it's interesting that the Premier League is a humbler...yet with Slot winning 7/9 games... people say Liverpool haven't played anyone yet
I always like to see these guys gassing up especially Flex, whenever there’s a new manager bounce. Same guys will constantly rant to get rid of the same manager 2 years later. Deja vu?
When this man was linked with Liverpool he was being labelled as the second coming of pep so I'm expecting the same energy this time round but the media will definitely spin it around
Bro if ineos gave ten hag a contract 128 days ago and sack him what makes you think the new guy gonna do something cos with the players 😂😂 I see them throwing this new manager under the bus … and for real the appointment among the board is a disgrace we fucking got this guy from city and we had to pay Newcastle for Dan😂😂 Ineos is just another wacky guys😂😂😂😂!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When Ten Hag signed I told myself he won’t be successful because the whole organisation top to bottom is rotten to the core! They have somewhat finally fixed the rot within the organisation. It’s time for them to clear out the deadwood within the team. As an Arsenal Fan I’m looking forward to a new DOWNFALL 😂😂
Hey all bookmark all these Man Utd fan videos to play back in 2 years. ( I wanted him at Chelsea btw ) But I feel Man Utd are such a different beast Mind you we were also looking at Ugarte and we dodged a bullet there
People were Ten Hag out in his first season, I give it until United get thier first thumping under Amorim for Saeed to be Amorim out, watch him do all that manager out stuff for content again
Amorim actually looks like a quality coach and a really likeable guy, why did he have to go to Manure and run the risk of ruining himself because lets be honest, that Manure team has some core rotten apples that will never be cleared out. They will probably pick some nice results in the honeymoon phase and then its back to reality with them, I am saying now already, Amorim is not going to be the problem, its this current crop of a shit squad that needs the sack 😂
