The reason jeep didnt leave 2wd mode in is because the stock axles cant handle all that torque and power all to the rear. They shoulda just made it stronger to begin with

Nice video and the first time I have heard that the Tazar will adjust shift point and throttle with off road plus. Hopefully taking delivery of my 392XR this week, may pick one of these up. Any idea if you can adjust the settings in off road plus, like leave 4wd and traction on?
Yes sir you definitely can leave TC on and you can leave in in 4WD but that’s just normal off-road +. The Tazer isn’t what makes it the “sport mode” that is the off-road+ but without the Tazer the 4WD was almost too aggressive to comfortably run it on the street. Godspeed brother!
If using the Tazer, and have the 392 in rear-wheel drive only, can you still manually put the transmission into 4 wheel drive via the transfer case gear shift lever?
If you use force RWD shifting the transfer case will not do anything other than put it in low range when in 4L. To use for wheel drive you need to have force RWD off.
I need this. Went to dealer to re calibrate for 35in tires. My dealer said they only re calibrate for 33in.He advised me to go to a off road shop. I asked him about warranty, he said it will void it. Thanks for nothing dealer.
They can definitely recalibrate the speedo, I recalibrated my last Rubi with 38s at the dealership and it doesn’t boils your warranty. The Tazer is a better option because you can change your tires again and not have to worry about it along with all the other awesome features! Godspeed brother!
@@GodspeedZRZ Your key fob has a proximity switch in it. If you get out of your car and the car is too far away after 20 or so seconds it will loose power and roll to a stop and lock into park.
I have the taser mini One thing I experience where’s my brake light come on the Jeep and I hit the brake pedal and it will go all the way to the floor, One time in winter it happened to me and I try to avoid another car.slid into a park vehicle I had no brakes since then I remove the Taser mini and I never installed it again there are videos that shows the teasing Mimi causes your brakes to fail 😢

@@GodspeedZRZ it happened two times before the accident after the accident I looked up RU-vid videos and and I found another RU-vid or show how to fix that I’ll look it up and send it to you but since I got my jeep fixed I’ve never put it back in

@@GodspeedZRZ I got my 392 non-XR about a month ago, and I've been debating between 35s and 37s. The deciding factor for me is torque! It is important to see how much torque you've actually lost with those big wheels and tires.
The torque is still amazing even with the setup I’m running now. In off-road+ I can’t really notice a difference in how fast the Jeep reacts in normal modes I can but it’s still great but I will re-gear. The big tires definitely make a difference but I think it’s worth it!
@@GodspeedZRZ okay, mine arrived today and I went to their website and downloaded the utility and followed the video instructions to updated the firmware to the latest version. It took a couple minutes, just at the video said it would then rebooted. I then went to the configurations tab and it gave me an error saying the device wasn't connected. I then noticed the led on the device was flashing red and green. So I unplugged it from the usb and plugged it in again and same, can't find it. Restarted the software and plugged the device into another usb port. Still can't find it and the red and green leds are still flashing continuously. Did the firmware update fry my device?
@@GodspeedZRZ Sent them an email last night, seeing it was after hours. Got a bit impatient this morning waiting on them to reply so I took another approach, used the "Recover" update feature and it reverted to the original version. I then tried again to update to the latest version and it was successful this time. However, after installing it in my Jeep and enabling a couple Live Settings features (TurnCam, Kill3Honk, HoodAlarm & ForceRWD) and now the right side of my screen is grey when the rear cam is on, both while turning and while in reverse and my radio keeps muting every few seconds for about a second. I think I got a defective unit. Having way too many issues. Nearly 2pm and still no reply to my email. Hopefully they do the right thing and exchange this for a working one.
So, took well over a week but finally got my email returned today, just for them to blame me by saying I must have configured it wrong. How do you configure it wrong? Other than the radio selection, choosing something other than 8.4, there's nothing that can be configured wrong that would cause all the issues I was having. I just returned it to Amazon for a refund and now I'm done with this nonsense!
Yes. You can add that to the custom light builder. Very easy to hook up a laptop and you can program the two front lights to come on with one of the quick keys.
