Rubies PKE upgrade 

Great video, recieved my PKE meter this morning and upgraded mine by just twisting and taping the wires together, one day I’ll buy a soldering iron!😂 Belt hook removed and filled and once I get my grid sheet I’ll do the screen and repaint. Thanks for posting!👏👏👏

Any advice for doing this to the spirit pke? It has a different configuration on the inside and I think I've ruined it 😂 The blue wire instead has a yellow and white wire connecting it to the motor. I'm not sure how to complete the circuit now that I've cut the.

Cut both wires to the Try Me button about an inch from the board. Then find the black wire to the motor for the wings and cut it half way between the board and the motor. Now , connect one half of the cut motor wire to one of the wires from the Try Me button. ( Dont bother the wire left coming from the board, just the ones to the Try Me switch) Now connect the other cut motor wire to the other wire going to the Try Me button.( the wires coming from the board that used to go to the Try Me button, keep separated so their ends don't touch together, not even to other wires. Tape them or something ) Now your done. Reassemble and add batteries, turn it on and push the Try Me button. It should come on but the wings will not move till you push the other button. The will continue to open each time you press the other button. To make them close again, press the Try Me button one more time then releas and they will close as long as you push the other button . Once the wings are down it will shut off again.

I think you should combine this with one of those devices that ghost hunters use to track emf signals to make a real working PKE meter.

I removed all the screws, but the back won't lift. It's like there's something in the middle of the handle that is attached. Checked but couldn't find any hidden extra screws.

Did u take off the original screen on yours ? Green lighst look way less diffused and much much better on the finished one.

I don’t understand what end of the blue wire to cut is it the end that goes to the board or the fins? Also do I dis connect both wires from the try me switch or jus one? And witch one of the try me wires do i cut the red or black?
