Example 7 was definitely the highlight of this video. Beautifully explained about dealing with difficult cross cases. Solve 10 had a beautiful solution too. I think solving on only 1 starting color really works your brain to be creative. This was an excellent video. *applause*
I realized after your first move I wasn't ready for this video. Super frustrating I got from 5 min to 1:30 in 3 months of playing around but I can't get any faster at all no matter what I try to improve on.
Really like these types of videos, thanks for making one! In the 8th solve if you do D2 you get pretty easy x-cross, where the green-red piece goes to red center and you can just do B' after you finish the 3 cross pieces on the orange side first, then D' and finish the blue-white cross edge.
Thanks so much Lucas! I have been looking for one of these forever, although i use red cross and it's difficult to follow, I now have a new idea of cross and learned some f2l cases, thanks!
For 7, my intuitive solution was to place the orange edge first with an R2, but make a "pause" in the middle of the R2 to solve blue and make green good. This gives a 7 move solution: R' U B' R' F L D2 It's less finger tricky than yours, but 3 moves shorter, also, the orange blue pair is kind of easy to track.
