And other then maybe seeing pyrrha die and her mom she hasn't suffered nearly as much as all the other characters and now that she's actually facing the real world she gave up

Is this the same Ruby Rose you’re talking about that got chosen to lead a team of future huntresses into endless life and death battles against creatures they initially knew nothing about; watched the fall of her school; watched two friends die in front of her, the first one she couldn’t get to in time because a dude ran her fade; see that her sister lost an arm and her best friends are gone; realize she has super powers related to her eye color that she can’t really control; join up with some of her other friends and her clinically depressed drunk of an uncle; watch those same friends nearly die on numerous occasions; find a boy that has the spirit of her old headmaster in him; join up with her old squad piece by piece and watched one of them get ran through by the same chick that killed Pyrrha; like you see how long this list is so far? No? Imma keep going. Is this the same Ruby Rose who, on top of everything so far, has to not only be the main source of hope and the one person tying the whole group together, but the same Ruby Rose that: Went on a journey for the relics to find a way to stop Salem; have to deal with Salems’ forces because of the headmaster that was based off of the Lion from the Wizard of Oz; same headmaster DIES; find out Salem is immortal from the genie in the lamp relic; reunited with a revived Penny, which I’ll get back to later; friends nearly die fighting Salem head on; finds out that Salem either killed her mom or turned her into a Grimm, I honestly can’t remember which; be stuck in a political war between Weiss’ dad and an underground resistance leader in Mistral; become licensed huntresses and work with Atlas’ elite squad; try to convince Jack to allow Mistral into Atlas for safety; be betrayed by that same elite squad; STILL can’t fully control her powers; turns Penny full human, which I’ll STILL come back to; comes up with a last ditch effort to save everyone from the fall of Atlas, risky as it was; gets her pockets ran by Cinder and her team; gets her pockets ran by a mute chick that blames her for Torchwicks’ death; watches her sister fall into the abyss; watches Blake fall into the abyss; gets knocked into the abyss; still catching a fade from the mute chick while falling into the abyss; wakes up in god knows where; tries searching for her friends; eventually found one after a bit of comedic hijinks; finally reunited with the others to IMMEDIATELY find out that Penny died, AGAIN; fucking FAINTED and nobody checked on her when she woke up; and never was able to properly get her feelings or emotions about failing everybody with that risky plan out because every time she does, somebody or someTHING requires everyone’s attention, and STILL has to remain the beacon (pun intended) of hope and inspiration for everybody as everything’s crashing around her and she doesn’t know what to do. On top of being at beacons fall. She actually lost her fucking arm. Then the girl she now loves abandons her, right after she gave her the speech about how she has abandonment issues because mommy dearest left her. She then gets her groove back to try and find her sister. Only to find Weiss being held hostage and ransomed by mommy. Said mommy whose also in leagues with the very fucking villain who killed pyrrha and took down beacon. She then has to fight said mother, whose the maiden and acted like vernal was her actual daughter. Yeah none of that's gonna fuck you up for life. Then after finally, FINALLY, reuniting with Blake has to help her kill her abusive ex bf who cut off said arm. Yeah none of that is ptsd inducing. Now Blake. Ahhh Blake. Certainly she's had an easy life? Oh wait the organization her parents made for peace got taken from them. Then turned into a terrorist cell with the man she thought she loved turning out to be an abusive gaslighting asshole who probably did some untoward things to her. She then leaves him on the train, only for him to literally hunt her all the way to beacon. In beacon she learns that the organization she worked so hard to help is actually a terrorist group who let grimm into the city. Twice! Then she has to face her ex, watch her friends arm get ripped off and bails. Only to be followed! She finally makes it home only for the white fang, and her lesbian friend turned enemy, to attack them. Then attack mistal and destroy two now three different schools snd kingdoms. And kill her ex. Weiss, oh poor sweet Weiss. Do we need to talk about it? Abandoned by her sister to join the military. Have all of her fathers expectations thrust upon her. Has a drunk of a mother. And the only man she can turn to was her grandfather, oops he's dead, and a fucking butler. She has all of the white fang to hate her. And now has lost a father, had her sister turn into a maiden meaning she now has an immortal witch gunning for her entire life. And a brother who finally wants to try peace and help only for her to stick her sword up to him and banish him to his room. A room who may or may not have fallen int he fall of atlas. So she's probably lost everyone but her sister but oh no let's not put any thought into that huh? Now for others. Pyrrha? Well she's fucking dead so can't really say much I think I'll do Ren and Nora together. After Ren saw his dad's murder he u locked his semblance to run away with Nora. Both newly orphaned and nowhere to go. Ya know I always wondered how does a young girl and effeminate boy learn and get cash for some serious weaponry like storm flower and magnihald? Bet they probably had to do some regrettable things to get it. Them after witnessing their teammate potentially kill someone they don't even get to talk to her before she fucking dies. And then they go on an adventure with ruby! Yay! To kuyori, and face the nuckaleeve. Because that's not ptsd inducing. Then they find out penny's alive. Yay again. Their teammate wasn't a killer. Oops wait now their other one is. One who we still don't know might even return to remnant and if did will never be the same. Oscar. Oh poor innocent Oscar. He's going to die. Unless the gods come and decide to take ozpin away, he. Will. Die. Noway out of it. And he knows it. But instead of wallowing in self pity he gets up and goes to save the world...and gets beaten by pretty much everyone. Tortured by Salem. Beaten within an inch of his life by hazel. And couldn't save his newfound friends. All the while still knowing he's going to die. I cannot stress that enough. He basically has a terminal illness and can do nothing about it And then there's jaune. Jesus christ jaune. Suffered like Ren and Nora, except he wasn't prepared for loss like ruby was. He always thought the hero would win. Oh well. Time to get a move on! Oh did Weiss get stabbed! Good thing he has a semblance that he uses to save her! One he couldn't use to save penny! Yeah ruby watched a death, bit jaune actually had to mercykill penny. He straight up stabbed her to death to prevent the maiden powers going to cinder. The woman who killed his only love. Because that's also not ptsd inducing seeing her multiple times and being unable to do anything to her. From their he just keeps failing huh!? He can't save penny. He can't save atlas. He can't save Lewis or alyx. Neo the paper pleases? None of them. In fact he spends probably 20 or 30 years alone slmost no human contact! But at least he realizes he's fucked up and apologizes! And only gets upset when ruby calls his only link to his humanity 'imaginary friends' So how about that? They suffered more then ruby has ever suffered. And they still keep going. So yeah a child having a fucking tantrum
