Yes I agree. I wonder though, what is the fascination? It's always this group and it's always the gatesman and chitsman that they target. Why? @kerem8374. I happen to live in a “bad” part of town but none of the kids around here behave the way you say other kids on the streets behave. My children were not allowed to behave like the children in the video. None of my grandkids would dare to act so disrespectfully toward anyone, especially the one whose father was a soldier. I understand that you believe these people should have special privileges but in my mind privileges are something to be earned by good behavior, not based on one’s religion or people group. I do not envy these people. I feel very sorry that they were never taught respectful behavior so have not taught their children to respect others. It’s very sad.

I also have listened to the commentators of the videos mentioned & they state the same thing. Their actions- to me anyway- seem blatantly rude and not just innocent curiosity.

These folks are never going to be banned. Thusly and therefore, they will do this whenever they'd like, as they know nothing will be done. The “black cap” is called a kippah, scullcap or yarmulke. It’s worn by men to remind them no one is above them but their god, a sign of reverence. The Pope wears one, too. Many Muslims wear head coverings, too. The behacior of these Hasidic people is rude and inconsiderate, but it doesn’t yet rate being banned. We’ve all seen other people just as rude and inappropriate, do you ever suggest they be banned too?

Horse Guards is a working military barracks , the police are Ministry of Defence police their role is security and antiterrorism , defence of the property and area and public safety . Being annoying enough times, for the guards and the police telling them to move away, is NOT being calm and content They let their kids play in the yard, like it's their own personal playground. Wow! Total blockage on the entrance to the stables there. Not only a severe safety hazard for horses, guards, and even cops (are the mounted patrol cops lodged in that stable?); but even the office workers. I've always wanted to ask, can people who do these sorts of things (putting people or animals in danger) be cited or even arrested? I know these may be tourists from foreign countries, but you can't go around behaving irresponsibly!
I have one more comment and that is Britain should be behind their military men and women and horses if this particular group gets shouted out by the guards the officers then they should be removed right away that's it and then maybe word would spread amongst them that their Antics are not allowed or appreciated😮
