This is what happens when you tolerate an employee's bad attitude instead of replacing the employee with someone who will be an asset. Especially where customer or client contact is inherent to the job.

They also give a bogus excuse saying "Well I didn't know who he/she was", it makes no difference if you know who the person is or not, you should still treat them with the same amount of dignity and respect. we had a store here called Blackburns and my sister who worked there, she helped everybody, she did not judge if they were rich or poor, she helped everybody and these are the good things I remember about my sister

I've seen a lot of videos along these lines, but I have to wonder: is that sort of attitude a Los Angeles or New York City thing? I've looked around in stores that were definitely above my pay grade, but I've never been treated with blatant disrespect by salespeople.

Jane Myers thought her new fashion trend on the blazer's fabric.would take the clothing shop by storm, but all of that backfired. The clothing shop managed by Steve went out of business due to the lack of sales and customers alike. Steve found another job as a mechanic, and Karen decided to be a DIY maker and saleswoman. It is unknown if she ever changed her attitude.

It's like listening to the devil in that store clerk, but also an idiot in the boss, that's what caused the loss of the business! Here's a tip for all clerks: Clerks should stick to working and being kind to the customers or at least respectful! And if they don't, then their not a good match to be called store clerk! 😡😡🤨😤😤😔😔🤦‍♀️

Why can't the boss let the worker know that the investor will be going undercover as a customer in advance? That way, the worker can work on the attitude beforehand, before said customer comes in.

Why do people think that rich people can't dress like normal folks? Outcome narrator: Nobody should be subjected to discrimination of any kind, especially when just because someone isn’t dressed how people seem, doesn’t mean they’re not human and are unable to afford the fanciest clothes. We are all the same and should be treated equally no matter the circumstances. After Karen was terminated form her job, her boyfriend Kevin found out about everything When going to find a dress for his mother’s birthday at the same store. He was so disgusted with her behavior that he called her out for her own insecurities and judging people by the way they look. I’m tact it wasn’t even the first time either as for the past 3 years they were together, he had to deal with Karen’s behavior a lot. Within moments, he broke up with her on the spot, packing all his things and leaving her for good. Karen thought it couldn’t get any worse until her parents too found out about what she did and pulled her off their will and position of their company. Regretting her behavior she attempted to get back with Kevin only to be rejected due to only being sorry she was exposed. No fashion store would hire her due to bad references and ended up penniless, homeless and all alone, leaving her no choice but to find a job at a local fast food restaurant

What if the store clerk denied service for racist reasons, such as because they’re Asian?
