Rueben Dip

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
3 pkgs corned beef sliced and diced
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 cups sauerkraut, drained
2-4 Tbsp. of milk
1. Heat cream cheese, sour cream, corned beef, Swiss cheese and
sauerkraut in microwave until well blended and all melted, thin with milk.
Put in crock pot with low or warm heat.
2. Serve with sour dough bread, Panera cheese bread, and/or crackers.

1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
4 ounces sliced corned beef, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1/4 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
2 to 3 tablespoons milk (optional)
1. Heat cream cheese, sour cream, corned beef, Swiss cheese and
sauerkraut in small sauce pan over low heat until hot, thin with milk if
necessary.
2. Serve with Rye crackers.
Makes about 2 1/2 cups.

1/4 cup sour cream

1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
1 cup sauerkraut, drained and chopped
1. Heat cream cheese, sour cream, corned beef, Swiss cheese and
sauerkraut in small sauce pan over low heat until hot.
