I just searched for Rugby warmups and after 5 videos this was the first one to actually be a warmup. Great job focusing on the stretching!

Awesome video!, my question would be, what is the optimal time between the end of warm up and start of the match? For example 10 min before the match?

Most professional clubs have about 6-8minutes. The coaches don’t talk to players after warm up. They will do that before warm up and quick points during.
