I am suffering from Death Anxiety the reason i was suffering is that i was afraid of the death and the torture but after watching this podcast and listening about Momin Death my Heart felt ease and i will now change my life totally to become a momin and die as a momin. Brothers those who are suffering from death anxiety pls started five prayers in a day even if possible Tahajud and zikr of Allah for long day and send upon beloved prophet Muhammad peace'be upon his, myself also suffering from panic disorder death anxiety since 27 years but now fifty percent have been overcome if needed pls consult to a psychologist or psychiatrist

Walekumassalma ww, Start things : 1) Pray on time in mosque, 2) Read Quran as daily as at least 5 lines but daily, 3) Stop lie, 4) Stop back biting, 5) Help others for the sake of ALLAH, 6) Most important respect your parents, 7) If you do sins immediately offer 2 rakat salah, INSHALLAH it will heal your anxiety. I was in same mental state 5 years back. ALHAMDOLILLAH now I achieved everything ONLY by the grace of ALLAH. INSHALLAH death will give us relief. Do dua for me and my parent and Ummah.

People who often remind themselves of death are far less distracted by this duniya than those who don't. I personally experienced it, when you remind yourself about death and day of judgement you literally get freedom from desires, doubts, temptations and sins. 8 ways earn even good deeds Even after your death. 1. Give a copy of the Qur'an to someone. Every time they read from it, you gain. 2. Donate a wheelchair to a hospital. Each time a sick person uses it, you gain. 3. Teach someone to recite a Dua. 4. Sharing islimic content. 5. Participate in building a Mosque. 6. Place a water cooler/ well in a public place. 7. Plant a tree. You gain whenever a person or animal sits in its shade or eats from it. 8. And the easiest of all, share this message with people. Even if one person applies any of the above, you gain. Also copy & share with others

Dr hammad sir explained very well with his immense knowledge and deeper understanding of quranic versus and hadiths. I had those questions in my mind but this video satisfied me. Great job by Muhammad Ali who made this podcast.

There is a type of nafs in us called nafs e amara. This nafs really love to go against Ruh. Nafs e amara loves luxury, comfort, food, sleep etc. So whenever you feel like not praying, remember it's your nafs who is lazy and don't want you to pray. Whenever you feel like eating less, the nafs will tell you to eat until you get SO full, etc. What you now need to do is, know more about this nafs of yours and start to act against this nafs and not Ruh, because if you start to go against your Ruh, a day will come when this nafs will take over yourself and you will no longer be able to listen to your ruh. May Allah keep all of us in his protection Ameen ♥️✨
