Hey all, a scambaiter colleague had been emailing this scammer who wanted to give him $15 million. He thought I should pose as his "nurse" and call up the scammer. Hahaaha it says unintelligible at 15:56 but as a fellow Nigerian myself I understood what he said in our language. He said "I don tire" which translates in proper English to "I'm tired" meaning he got tired of her delaying the money transfer haahaa yea it was a long explanation but I just wanted to say it for you all to understand :) have a nice day.

These scammers' greed and low IQ blinds them from the reality that they obviously are being taken for a ride. They also couldn't believe that anyone would go to such lengths, with such creativity to wind them up. The combination of their hubris, greed, low IQ and feeling of immunity allows you to wind them up so much. Add your skills and endurance and it's a wonderful recipe.

You should have really yanked his chain. Get him a confirmation number that is absolutely 100% legit....except you sent it in Argentininan centavos (1450 A. Centavos = $0.95). Then have some fun with why you sent it in centavos. Eduardo said the futures in Argentine currency were going to go through the roof!. That'll get him back on the hook. Next time use the Chinese Dong ;-)

I'm "Harold Grundle", the 91 year old retired Zamboni driver. His emails were even worse. I realize English isn't their first language but he had the spelling and grammar skills of a 10 year old. But my favorite part was how he said "Captain Lee" was stationed in Iraq but we pulled our remaining troops out by December 2011.

TheCobaltfist I doubt that. You have to be a US citizen to be in the military. If you can't speak fluent English, that can be very dangerous on the battlefield, it can cost lives. However, the military sometimes pays for your education, so they might pay for you to be taught how to speak, read and write English. If they don't do that anymore, then you probably won't be eligible for anything but the reserves if anything. Most of the time they won't take you.
