When you said "you've been here since the beginning and now you're seeing my come to my full potential", I really have! Been here since spaghetti and meatballs baby! It's so awesome to see you grow and figure out how to follow your dreams, even with the ups and downs. So many of your recipes are household staples for me now and I truly credit you for my drive to be a better cook (my husband thanks you for that. Lol) You are so awesome, Irene, I love you so much! Problem solving and trial and error 👏🏻 Idk if you’d be into it, but as a fellow food nerd, I’d love to see more trial and error stuff, recipe troubleshooting, basically like learning about the “Why”s of different recipe variables.

In Portugal we make a "bread" where we cook eyes in the oven. It's called "folar de Pascoa" it's kinda of a sweet bread that we give it to our family members at Easter time 😊

Your bread always looks so delicious! I've not had good bread for 3 years since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I would love to figure out how to make a gluten free bread that tastes better than what is available in the stores. You always make my mouth water! lol

Just me typing my usual “Irene Walton eggs” in the search bar to get to my trusty video you posted 3 years ago on “4 different ways to cook eggs”….. that I FREQUENTLY resort back to on how to hardboil the perfect eggs. ohh fun fact, there is a "stuffed bread" recipe (called Casatiello) that we usually make for Easter in Naples, and it bakes with raw eggs in the shells all around the top! it does bake at 350 for about one hour, so I thiiink it should be safe for the eggs to bake at the same temperature as the focaccia without exploding 👀 p.s. you did amazinggg and look so cuuute in red ❤
