Hello, my little yolks!!

In Kentucky, we put either beer cheese or pimento cheese in our deviled eggs depending on where you’re from.

for the new jersey egg you should incorporate taylor pork roll! (called taylor ham or pork roll depending on where in new jersey you’re from)

I'm from Pennsylvania. The only deviled eggs I have ever known were with paprika and I supposed mayo added to the yoke. I'm surprised at all the variety.
