Luckily the animated DC cinematic universe is still good. I know people judge superheroes by live-action portrayals these days, but I think DC has always best excelled at their animated series and movies, which Marvel is garbage at for the most part (some exceptions obviously).

My man the Eraser. I actually just prefer DC because I've been reading it since I was five years old. Edit: because of this, I really want to see Dan do more of this game because I love seeing people discover all the strange stuff about DC. Seeing that the game has some of DC's most obscure and laughable characters, I wonder if the one-off heroes from the Dial H runs are in the game as well...
