I can explain the suitcase: It's "homing" because of the Hitman's targeting system. The suitcase simply as a set speed where as other items don't really. I mean their speed relies on proximity to target and is technically a lot higher, but the suitcase was the test item and wasn't fixed in time, so the devs just decided to leave it as it is

Last I heard he had a 2080Ti + 2700x, not really that near "top of the line" anymore. Hopefully he has upgraded the CPU by now, but GPU is probably the same I'd expect. Also shit optimization. Game still just looks okay and not that graphical heavy plus very inconsistent framerate - two nice defining factors of bad optimization. Hopefully that'll be fixed at some point
