I think medical and a bit for pain and suffering is in order. The Defendant's mother bandaged up his peen?!? His girlfriend has a cause to sue for humiliation, not this guy.

The jeans had a CUT square not dog bitten. He did NOT have 3 bite marks he had a SCRATCH on his member. He lied to much.

Labs have a very loud aggressive bark, that intimidates people, but it doesn't mean he's aggressive or prone to bite indiscrimantly. A good dog will not want any strange man in his home if he's a good watch dog, especially where there's been break-ins in the past. Everybody has a right to be protected within their own home and on their own property. The man was on HER property, not in a public space. The dog wasn't running around the neighborhood, unleashed. Many people back off of private property when a dog has an aggressive dog. Good, as long as they stay on their property. Cops even have recommended people "get a dog" for protection, verses some other means. Dogs can be wary of men because they pick up the natural aggression inherent in men due to their testosterone. I had a lab who had a loud bark. I knew he wouldn't attack unless I showed fear, and then he would do his job and protect me. Otherwise he was friendly. WHEN he did take a "stance", I would tell the man to just keep going and he would be fine. Dogs pick up things that women don't. As a lone hiker, I depended on that. As long as I showed no fear my dog wouldn't attack. He wouldn't let anybody in my door either, especially if I had even a little skepticism. That's why I had him. In fact I let him bark mud and opened the door while holding onto his collar, just to let it be known I had a protective dog (different than an aggressive dog). I'm sure criminals/rapists/murderers would love the home owner/woman to have a dog that was their best buddy and eager to lick their hand.

As soon asking saw that square hole he cut in his jeans I said this guy wanted extra money & tried to set it up to try to get some.
