this is the character options doctor who ruins of skaro collectors figure set from the destiny of the daleks story with the 4th doctor
I wanted figures like this when I was a little kid ......but now I am a big kid and these are great. yes they could be better sculpted and bigger figures but this is what I would have been excited for back then so this is hitting the nostalgia button !!

Awesome you got your set too! I remember this story as a kid. Who'd have thought we would have some Movellan figures. Shame they didn't give us Mclaren from Porridge in this set as he played one of the male Movellans. Much easier to order these online than hunting B&Ms. Although I have found most of the B&M sets eventually.

I noticed you had this set on Instagram. I used to miss a lot of doctor who episodes back then but I remember been home for at lest one episode from this one ! Didn't that actor have a Scottish accent bit odd for a alien robot hehe. I just think I have the worst B&M near me.........

I've been looking forward to this set materialising. I love the Pans People disco look of the movellans, with their silver braids. It's a shame we didn't get Commander Sharrel (Peter Straker) in this set as i remember he had the black braids. I also remember Suzanne Danielle was in it too😍 & the name of the quarry used was Winspit Quarry. Didn't Peter Straker have a Scottish accent bit odd for alien robot ?!?! This really is a 80s look pan's people would have danced to "I lost my Hart to a starship trooper" wearing this 🚀 Suzanne Danielle was in one of my favorite films.......the boys in blue !!! Tony Osoba is the guy your thinking of. He played Lan the Movellan in destiny of the daleks & he was also in Dragonfire. Peter Straker was in the group The Alan Parsons Project.🚀👍

The figures are actually pretty cool and the diorama is a nice touch too. I would love to see the dr on the big screen. Tom hiddleston would be an excellent dr who he kind of looks like a young peter cushing👍

Hiddleston would be great I think if we hadn't got "new who" they would have made a movie by now. I dreamed about figures like this when I was a kid 👍

@Returnoftherocketman I miss my cyberman figure from the 80s i loved that its lost to time now...🤔ironic as the subject is about time travel😂 I love watching people being very satisfied with their new figures. Enjoyed the review👍
