I'm also working on something a little bit different which, among other things, is supposed to give people access to a wider vocabulary in Latin. Great series & read without that hideously "correct" voice recommended by Latinists who double for soft-boiled eggs posturing on the floor of the Senate and-or who fail to recognise that even Cicero couldn't merge with a broad Lancashire accent. Imagine Gracie Fields' The Biggest Aspidistra in the Word' sung in Latin. Well done!

Latin certainly opens up androgynous referents. No wonder Coleridge posited androgyny as a universal. Catullus, Martial et al indicate stables of hairless boy deliciae to be among desired goals. The dregs received the dregs.

The narrator pronounced Cicero as "Sis' ero". This is incorrect, as all 'C's are hard in Latin. It should be pronounced as "kick' ero"
