thank you Jamie for showing all the love for this incredible soundtrack you made ten years ago that still makes ripples on the internet even now. Thanks to Jason, Graeme, Free, John, Kit, Jimmy, Tyson, Logan. all the people who helped you shaped this soundtrack into the glorious creation we know today.
People speak of raiden vs MG RAY in revengeance being cool, but in MGS2, raiden taking out TWENTY FIVE of them with just missiles and acrobatics after having the most traumatic time of his life is super metal
@@steiks-vintagewarfare7551One word: nanomachine, son. If you played the previous mgr games, especially 4 you'd see how their use and the new muscle fibers changed the warfare of the in game universe.
For those looking: lyrics The time has come to an end Yeah, this is what nature planned Being tracked by a starving beast Looking for it's daily feast A predator on the verge of death Close to its last breath Getting close to its last breath Rules of nature And they run when the sun comes up With their lives on the line (alive) For all that I've (no choice) Gotta follow the laws of the wild (alive) With their lives on the line (no choice) Out here only the strong survive What's done is done Survived to see another day The game of life The hunter and the agile prey No guarantee Which of them will succeed? Strong or weak? Rules of nature Rules of nature

out here only the strong survive -- this is easily one of my favourite songs of all time, an absolute masterpiece! even with its age, i cant put how great it is into words. rising is easily one of my favourite games ever, and this song is something i could describe as 'too good to be true' -- two words, to all of the people involved in this game: thank you.
You know a game is going to be wild when you're cutting up the staple megaboss of the entire franchise and lifting a sword 80 times your size while being accompanied with a song that sounds like it was composed for the explicit purpose of making you go super saiyan mode for the TUTORIAL BOSS. How did people hate this game when it came out it is a blessing to the entire industry.
Metal Gear Rising, this game came out of nowhere and gave us some of the best hack and slash/ parry gameplay, some of the best memes, comedic moments, good storyline and best soundtracks.
Doom music makes you feel like you can 1v1 the sun. ULTRAKILL music makes you feel like you can parry the sun. And MGRR music makes you feel like you can dunk the sun.
There was a time when Metal Gear was the apex predator. The hunter and the agile prey. But the prey evolved and adapted until the predator was getting close to its last breath. Now Metal Gear runs when the sun comes up, with its life on the line. Everything follows the laws of the wild. Out here only the strong survive and live to see another day. Now Metal Gear is the agile prey. And Raiden is the hunter. The Rules of Nature.
This song makes me want to fight a giant robot, stop it's huge ass blade, and throw it into the air with no problem, Thank you Jamie now I can fulfill my dream
this is just my opinion but it would be super cool to see an metal gear solid 4 remake where you play as raiden and snake, one where you control raiden in some parts and snake in other parts
Ladies and gentlemen, I’d like to introduce you to “the tutorial boss”. We are currently undergoing a “learning experience”, one that can only be done with a giant laser (this may be the best game ever made). Although the gameplay is a little simple, the sheer scale makes me feel both empowered and a little intimidated, but it’s great when you’re not looking like a cracked up rooster. Not to worry tough, Raiden is F###ING JACKED.
I just imagined that in Sonic in the black knight at the final boss I hope it will be animated like this video and has the theme "rules of nature" song and I want it when sonic stops the blade with his golden sword please.
@@gordonfeetman445 I mean a sequel would likely won't get much attentions the prequel got from it's meme-able scenes and soundtrack, but a sequel would be nice. Of course the prequel do needs a revamp like the blade mode's sliced objects graphic updating as of currently, they do look kind of goofy
@@thuytrangoan2508 the orignial guy who worked on the metal gear games got kicked out and replaced with dumb mobile game maker so that wouldn't be a good idea
@@NeonLabsss Kojima-san has already surpassed Konami's issues! Now Konami has seen the right time to make more MGS content or an eventual MGR: Revengeance sequel without to hurt Kojima-san. I would love Konami team joining Platinum Games again to a sequel in these Metal Gear Master collections!
