women use to do wadu in a public place that means there is no head cover also.. Circumstances are not a sunnah of any command which comes in the quran.. Sunnah is practicing.. Read any hadith related to jilbab referring to face cover only.. And go through any of the arabic dictionary to understand surah ahzab ayat no 59 it never means wrappings of jilbab to the body.. It means only "Ghoonghat" Which comes from the head side.. The correct meaning of "Yudninah" means to hang something from the top of the side...there are similar words in the Quran like "Daniya" Which also means to hang.this word came in quran to referring fruits on the tree..go and see how fruits are on the tree..."Alaihinna means from the top of the side "ilaihinna" means to wrap.. Munkareen of face cover did tahreef in this ayat they explain ilaihinna instead of alaihinna.. After that there is "min" In ayat which means "some".. The Quran never says full jilbab to use it say some portion of jilbab.. Surah ahzab reveals in 6 hijri that means almost 18 years of the prophets hood there was no viel at all.. Salah become fard 9 years before nuzul of viel ayat.. You can find a lot of things within this timeline.. Munkareen of face cover and head cover uses an event which occurred during this timeline to misguide.. Hence only concentrate on practicing not circumstances.. In madinah there was water shortage that time to fulfill the wadu requirement outside of the masjid e nabavi there was a water tank where women and men both used to take water from the tank. It's nothing related to not covering the face or head..

@@MH-bf4uuIf you are referring to Abdurahman Hassan he is a student of knowledge not a scholar. Also you are taking it out of context. What he said is watching football is haraam due to many reasons. I don't know if you watched the whole podcast or just the snippet Mohammed Hijab shared. Brother Hijab did a great injustice by cutting his clip and taking it out of context and showing only some of the weaker points. If you watch the whole podcast you'll understand what he meant. So don't jump to conclusions. Isn't it true that man's awrah is between his navel to knee..so when you watch a football player who hasn't covered his knees won't it be haram to look at it? So are you saying when it's football there's an exception to looking at the man's awrah? Anyway that is just one point..I again urge you to watch the whole thing so you'll know what exactly he said and under what circumstance there is chances of committing shirk. Anyway coming back to the point, there are big scholars who have said Niqab is obligatory as well. There are scholars like Sheikh Albani who said it's sunnah and not obligatory. Both sides have their evidences so there is a valid diffence of opinion. No one is forcing an opinion on anyone. The women can look at the evidences herself and follow that which she feels is stronger. So no one is going out of their way to make anything harder. And Allah ﷻ knows best.

If women have to uncover their faces during haj, why was it ever asked of them to uncover their faces? I mean if the women during the life of Muhammad (sa) never covered their faces why did he insist they left their faces uncovered during this ritual? That's telling them to do something they don't do anyway! As for wudu: (a) I believe you can wear niqab and do wudu (b) if you can't, well how do you rub your head? So your head can't be your awra can it? Or women's rubbing of their heads can't be fard in wudu! Which means all the areas you wash or become visible during ablution are not your awra. Arab culture? Isn't so much of Islam Arab culture? Did the Prophet's wives wear the veil because it was Arab culture? Did the Pre-Islamic Arab women wear the face veil? I don't hold the view that the face veil is compulsory or part of the awra but it would be wrong (in my view, with my limited education) to say it has nothing to do with Islam or it was or is just Arab culture! Destroying Islam in order to meet the dictates of modernity is not a good idea. My sisters who wear the veil are the most beautiful women in the world! 💖

@akram nadwi, sahabiayat cover their face even in hajj see the evidence below and do not misguide people ..Sayyida A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) narrates that, the (caravan of) riders would pass by us whilst we were in the state of Ihram in the company of the Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him & give him peace). When they got close to us, we would draw our outer cloak from our heads over our faces (m, without letting it touch the face) and when they passed by, we would uncover our faces.” (Sunan Abu Dawud, no. 1826)
@faysalahmed9157
@faysalahmed9157 3 года назад
The fact that Sahabiat covered their face is not a hukm but preference. The hukm is established from the book of Allah and his Rasool. Having said that this is an issue where there is legitimate differences of opinion among the scholars so there is NO condemnation on either group of scholars. The majority of scholars maintain that it is permissible for a Muslim woman to keep her face and hands uncovered, as long as she otherwise observes the limits of modesty in Islam. Tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their chastity and not expose their beauty, except that which is apparent. Surat al-Nur 24:31 Allah has commanded believing women to conceal their beauty ‘except that which is apparent’ or what normally appears in daily life. Several of the companions and early Muslims interpreted this statement to include her face and hands. Ibn Abbas said regarding the verse, ‘Except that which is apparent,’ means her face, her hands, and her rings. Similar narrations were reported from Ibn Umar, Ata’, ‘Ikramah, Sa’id ibn Jubayr, Abu al-Sha’tha, Al-Dahhak, and Ibrahim al-Nakha’i. Source: Tafsīr Ibn Kathīr 24:31 And then he writes: وَهَذَا هُوَ الْمَشْهُورُ عِنْدَ الْجُمْهُورِ This is the well-known opinion of the majority. And according to the Kuwaiti Encyclopedia of Islamic Law: The majority of jurists, including the Hanafis, Malikis, Shafi’is, and Hanbalis, maintain that a woman’s face is not considered nakedness. If it is not nakedness, then she may cover it with the face-veil or uncover it and not wear the face-veil. [Source: al-Mawsū’at al-Fiqhīya] Now about hadith of Ayesha (r.a.) and you will see that they had their faces uncovered during hajj but when a man approached their location then they covered their faces." The scholarly response: Some scholars maintain that a woman must cover her face due to 'Aisha's narration which states: "Riders used to pass by us when we were with the Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) wearing ihram. When they came near, each one of us would lower [part] of her garment from her head over her face. When they passed by, we would uncover our faces" (Ahmed, abu Dawud, ibn Majah). • This hadith does not include evidence on the obligation of wearing niqab because the actions of the companions are not proof that something is an obligation. Moreover, the niqab may have been specific to the Mothers of Believers (the Prophet's wives) like the ruling that forbade them to marry after the Prophet's death. • It is determined in Ilm al-Usul (Principles of Jurisprudence) that anything that has multiple interpretations cannot be used as evidence. • The Messenger of God (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "A woman in ihram is not to cover her face nor wear gloves" (Bukhari). Based on this statement there is a scholarly consensus that a woman must not cover her face nor wear gloves during prayer. It follows from this that a woman's face and hands are not 'awra (those parts of the body that must be covered). • It is not conceivable that the Shari'ah would legislate that a Muslim woman expose her 'awrah during prayer or while in ihram. In the Hanafi school, there are classical text that one can refer dating back to 10th or 11th century It is mentioned in Muktasar Quduri, chapter on regulation on clothing outside salah - When a woman is in the presence of stranger-men or non-Muslim women, then her nakedness is all her body, except for her face and palms. This is also the view of Imam Malik, and one of the views of Imam al-Shafi`i. Ibn `Abbas said that the 'apparent beauty' referred to in Allah's saying, (translated), "And let them not expose their beauty, except that of it which is apparent." is antimony and a ring, (i.e. the face and the hands). [Narrated by : Tabari, Bayhaqi, Ibn Abi Shaybah, Abdur-Razzaq, Tahawi. It has a solid chain.] Some proof from prophetic tradition: (1) The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “O Asma, when a woman reaches the age of maturity, it is not proper for her to show anything but this and this,” and the Prophet pointed to his face and hands. [Source: Sunan Abī Dāwūd 4104, Grade: Hasan li ghayri (fair due to external evidence] (2) In Sahih Bukhari & Muslim, in the chapter of Hajj - the story of Faḍl, which took took place in Dhu'l-Hijja of 10 A.H on the Farewell Hajj. This was in later stage of his life, after the revelation of Hijab. Ibn Abbas reported: Al-Fadl was riding with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and a woman from Khash’am came. Al-Fadl began to stare at her and she stared at him. The Prophet made Al-Fadl turn his face in the other direction. [Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 1442, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1334] (3) In Sunan An-Nasa’i Ibn 'Abbas(ra) narrated that: A woman from Khath'am asked the Messenger of Allah a question during the Farewell Pilgrimage, when Al-Fadl bin 'Abbas was riding behing the Messenger of Allah She said: "O Messenger of Allah! The command of Allah has come for His slaves to perform Hajj, but my father is an old man and cannot sit upright in the saddle. Will it be paid off on his behalf if I perform Hajj on his behalf? " The Messenger of Allah said to her: "Yes." And Al-Fadl started to turn toward her, as she was a beautiful woman, but the Messenger of Allah took hold of Al-Fadl's face and turned it to the other side. [Sunan an-Nasa'i 2642, Grade Sahih] Despite this incident of beautiful woman in her hijab with the face exposed, the prophet (pbuh) did NOT order her to cover her face, rather He (pbuh) instructed Fadl lower his gaze.

Also, then they might be sitting with men based on your above references as you interpret them being the Einstein/Newton of hadees. Masha'Allah. I salute your gheerah. Perhaps, you forgot that Prophet didn't liked his wife to be in front of a blind sahabi also and when his wife objected that he can't see, didn't you remeber the reply of Prophet to his wife that, you can see? Also, if you get time, explore about the mukhadarrrat sahabiyats also. Also, Had you been alive at the time of Syedna Umar RA as a female, perhaps you would have stood against the command of the caliph for females to pray at their homes inspite of Prophet not doing it. Gentlemen fyi, rulings change with time within the permissible limits especially during times of such immodesty and shamelessness. If you like or you have lost your gheerah/haya, send your females without niqab, also nobody cares but don't misguide common females with your one sided version of cherry-picking. That's the reason why fatawas are sought from local scholars. Study under some good Mufti because this kind of hadees can eventually take you to off-track and I am not saying this. Below is the reference per your perusal. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-6GcdO2qnUiw.html And one more thing, then you might not be going for Taraweeh also because there is no hadees about it during the time of Prophet as it has been happening across the world. Him saying it is Arab culture and there is no sunnah in it is very dangerous, not only to Islam but the Muslim women who chose to wear it. I understand hes supporting the Hanafi view, but to be fair his statements where based on his opinions and not facts. What about the Hadith where Muhammad salalahu alayhi wa salaam told a young man that he should see the girls face in which he wants to marry, and that a man sincere for marriage should see her privately even so she is not hurt if he does not want to marry her after because he didnt find her attractive? Surely if her face was not covered he would have seen her face before or could have seen it clearly without asking or in the market etc. What about the hadith speaking about how the women would cover their faces as men would pass them but then they would unveil there face when no men were present? Its just so important as a Shaykh these days to present as much of the information as possible. We do not adhere to a medheb strictly simply to do so, nor should we encourage others to without presenting the information. If a sister watched this video she would automatically think niqab was not good, not needed and cultural. This is not fair to the beautiful act of worship many Muslim women do around the world to please Allah nor does it properly educate anyone on niqab.

He's giving references for everything he's saying. What makes you think he's misguiding?

@@maishaahsan733 women use to do wadu in public place that means there is no head cover also.. Circumstances are not a sunnah of any command which came in quran.. Sunnah are practicing.. Read any hadith related to jilbab refering to face cover only.. And go through any of the arabic dictionary to understand surah ahzab ayat no 59 it's never means wrappings of jilbab to the body.. It's means only "Goonghat" Which comes from head side.. You can find lot of thing within this timeline.. Munkareen of face cover and head cover uses event which occurred during this timeline to misguide.. Hence only concentrate on practicing not circumstances.. In madinah there was water shortage that time to fulfill the wadu requirement outside of the masjid e nabavi there was a water tank where women and men both used to take water from the tank. It's nothing related to not covering the face or head..

Misguiding information. Sometimes, someone's "so-called knowledge" shows how ignorant a person is. Not well versed. There's so many proofs from the time of Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam against whatever he's claiming.... Get your religion from reliable, authentic, Allah fearing, practising scholars

You have to listen to him number of times then you will get used to his accent. I myself who was brought up in the west, found it very difficult at first then got used to his accent.
