Rum River: Becklin Homestead to Isanti 

I paddled the 17 miles from Becklin Homestead (river mile 51.6) to Isanti, MN (river mile 34.7) on the Rum River in about 5 and a half hours. I didn't have to portage, but at lower water levels, you may have to get out and portage around falling trees in a couple of places. Check water levels at: www.dnr.state.... On June 19th, the readings were considered between medium to high.
