Run a bldc motor in ac supply using simple actuator switch (method -1) 

The ac permanent magnet motor has 6 pole stator and 6pole rotor
The spare stator is removed from old bullet dynamo
The rotor has 6pole with neodymium magnets
and pole shoes are proveded to avoid friction
The motor consume 20w power
supply voltage 24v ac
Speed 3000 rpm
I have used 3 types of controller to run the pm ac motor
1.Home made dual pole reed switch
2.using commutator and diods
3.using triac and reed switch
In this project i have used first method
