@pugalstech Mr Pugal, I Have a question: In this setup you used permanent magnets N - S, its short circuited until a pulse of current introduced to break the shunt. lets say electromagnet coil has North pole active side, which break the shunt, But its also attracted to south pole of permanent magnet. So remaining North pole of other magnet is left. So here how much amplification we get? Do you have any reference study for this ?
Dear Sir, Thank you for your shares. I would like to learn which therminals of 555 IC to connected the 4017 IC? Could you please share with us? Thanks in advance.
This is not the correct way to drive sensor less motor. Sould use FOC (Field Oriented Control) for sensor-less application. Problem of this setup is : 1) Motor torque will be very low. 2) Jerky rotation of motor. 3) Possible maximum speed is very low as 50RPM or less. 4) sometimes motor only vibrate (no rotation). 5) No syncronisation. 6) It will take more power and less efficiency. 7) winding temperature will be high. Becase I'm working with BLDC motor project😂.
You forgot Hall Effect Sensor inputs. Some motors will not start reliably without them. Without rotor positional information, your controller is not practical.
is this motor having torque🤔🤔🤔🤔 how many rpm does it spins at 12 v please answer me sir.......and please make super strong bldc motor...i want to use it in my air cooler
I think you have a very good idea. the extension would be a toroidal coil that generates efficiently because the lenz is kept inside the toroidal ring. That way there is no drag on the rotor
I have a circuit of a BLDC motor based on two ic's this number! l293d circuit has speed controller and reverse forward, the problem is that it gets so ic hot. Can any mosfet circuit be fitted at its output? If so, please tell me its sketch.
