He only has conflict with Javier because of how Javier is never around with the family and only comes around when hes in a bad situation. Javier changed after the apocalypse happened he stayed with his family and stepped up thats what David actually wanted. Actually fuck Kate for trying to get with Javi, Javi should just reject her to avoid problems with her brother. Kates going fuck things up between Javi and David.
