One week into my 6-weeks of training to get my 1-mile run time down to 5:00 or better. Today's workout calls for either hill sprints, or track sprints and stairs. I opted for track sprints and stairs (plus a plate carrier). I did my best to go into detail about how you should try to conduct your sprints and stairs, and hopefully provided a little bit of motivation for you to go out and give it a shot.
