humanity evolved faaaaaaaaaar beyond what it is now and aliens just so happened upon 2 pissed of irish dudes cause said aliens ''damaged'' their utopia. One of said irish sent that small fleet into god knows what system and then went to the galactic council to tell them ''yo no tresspassing'' aliens got the hint specially after the evidence that this is in fact not the first time pissed of irish has exterminated would be tresspassers.

Normally I'd support people defending themselves, but you guys are like the fae here. If you're going to 'claim' territory, mark it better, and make sure the neighbors know it's yours. Otherwise don't be mad when people assume there's no one living in the area and thus it's free real estate. Also, I'd have returned the ships at the end. No reason to force that issue, and they were just doing their jobs, which you guys are aware of.

Personally, I'd v'e carved the ships location into the obelisk he raised. Give the people an adventure to go find the missing fleet. Fleet get's rescued, returns home to a great fanfare! Populace will be more obliged to stay and live on this planet, telling the tale of their two Irish neighbors. They don't seem like very unreasonable people. Fly their ship back to them, and ask them to go drink a cup of tea, maybe join the one in doing some gardening

@@FroggyMosh they don't seem li,e unreasonable people? The fleet came to explore and the Irish gardeners say the fleet demanded them to join which I didn't hear that part in the story. Send the fleet to who knows where then act like they are Gods that are above everything else

@@RissaFirecat The story was written by a human being, but the narrator voice is AI. It's extremely well-prompted and amazingly well-edited, but it is AI. Those same voices are available on a couple of free-to-sub AI VTT sites I've checked.

Keep it simple stupid, is a good rule. Instead of giving aliens weird names try short descriptive names. In resident alien you get Avians, blues, greys, etc. Short and easy to remember is good. Otherwise this is one of your better efforts.

I don't like bad vibes, but what a bad story!!! xD Is something being referenced? Because it's VERY confusing. Are they both Irish humans, or are they "Irish deities"? or something supernatural like that... It changes locations and characters so often that it confuses the point of view.

Yeah he does a terrible job distinguishing between who is talking/who's point of view, yet he keeps switching between them. It's a cute story otherwise.
