One thing I always loved is how in iCarly Freddie is considered very attractive to a lot of girls even though he's supposed to be a stereotypical nerd.

It's funny how Freddie said Sam doesn't read any books years later Jennette writes one and it's the number 1 best seller 😂😂😂

“Come on, don't cry! Blue skies.” is a spencer line that always stuck with me for some reason. i just love this era of icarly - you can really tell how they've all settled into their characters.

Congrats on making it through Season 1, definitely there is more crazy stuff in the next seasons

I remember that Ackerman woman as a kid. Carly was right. She was a big bottle of crazy sauce.

Gibby dancing with his shirt off is actually what got me into the show as kid 😂 At first seeing it as a commercial seemed random, but watching the episode knowing the context, and seeing Gibby being Gibby just made me cheer for him the whole way! I think that was the episode that made Gibby a fan favourite for many, myself included. Already excited for Season 2. There’s some episodes in Season 2 that are kind of off-putting for me, but there’s definitely some great episodes as well!! Also, Season 2 is what lead me to being introduced to another classic Nickelodeon show, Big Time Rush! First episode of Season 2 actually. If copyright allows it, or even if you can’t react to it, I definitely recommend checking out Big Time Rush! I rewatched a bunch of it, and I’d say it still holds up! I hope you enjoy Season 2 of ICarly onwards!

So glad you enjoyed the first season finale of iCarly! Out of these 4, the fencing episode was my favorite. Living proof of the quote, “Don’t mess with Mama Bear’s cub!” Also I agree with you that it was perfect to show the dangers of toxic relationships and how it can happen to anyone no matter the gender. While I appreciate that they tried to accurately depict fencing, I’ve always wondered who their advisor was because there are 3 glaring issues. 1) Freddie can’t fence with his hand on his hip because it covers target area 2) they are using saber weapons. The fighting choreography looks fairly realistic, but you use a slashing motion to get a touch not a poking motion. 3) you can’t run into someone without getting carded (although I figure this was for dramatic effect)

After season 1 things start to mature and the show gets better and better

I’m really glad you decided to do this show! I hadn’t watched it in years and honestly forgot most episodes outside of a few funny moments so it’s been nice to rewatch these with you!!! Also Cody your laugh is so contagious!

This show taught you a lot from what not to say on the internet to know if you have a boyfriend or girlfriend who might just a bit crazy clinging lol

I think what Reuben does to Sam is in any way acceptable, because it's literally *harassment* . If a person does not want to interfere with another(either as a friend or darling, etc) but the guy still insists on convincing the other about becoming friends and/or couples, then that counts as *harassment* for no doubt. Because since Sam made clear she is not interested in becoming couples to Reuben nor is she comfortable with the compliments, Reuben should have quit turning around her. That's no joke.

I did fencing for a while, best workout of my life, plus it was really fun. And I got to vent my frustrations by hitting people with swords.

This is completely off topic with this reaction, but I think you should react to “The Fosters” TV show if you haven’t seen it yet. It’s a very great and interesting show and keeps you at the edge of your seat after every episode. Gibby dancing with his shirt off will never not be funny. I die laughing every single time. And I’m so glad you enjoyed the first season! I remember you saying how you weren’t really into it at first but comments had said that it gets more mature and that’s true. You could tell just by the first season that it gets more mature, just by the last episode with Miss Ackerman and Spencer. How she was abusive towards him. I can’t wait for you to watch season 2, and cover a certain episode!!

This was the worst episode ever for Freddie throughout the whole series(Reboot included). Let’s see: Girls blew up his pants and humiliated him in front of everyone during the live show. Sam picked his fingers on his nose in the limo. Harper made fun of him as he mentioned the embrassing iCarly bit where Sam tied him up and shaved off his eyebrows Brad made him toast a bagel instead of “literally supervising” the show He is forced to clean the fish tank(Yuk!) While girls were enjoying to be TV stars and at least interfering with *acceptable problems* he was assigned to cool down the sweaty guy by rubbing a bag of ice all over his stomach. Girls did nothing to prevent this from happening and passed away. This guy turned out to be a pedophile pervert as he asked him out during the cooling down process: “Do you like Italian food?” Sam stuck a rib on his cheek for no good reason so that he could hardly cleansed the “BBQ sauce”. When Sam was fired and Amber Tate was hired as the new co-star, Brad did not allow him to meet with Amber Tate but only allowed him to meet his dog and give him a bath, implying he is not worth to meet a cheeky TV star but her stupid, vomiting dog only… The dog vomited on him four times during the bath and Amber Tate thumped him on his forehead for no good reason. Brad came along with a toilet plunger and ordered him to clog the toilet. This was too much. Freddie couldn’t take it anymore. He finally exploded and yelled: *But I will NOT plunge your toilet* Brad then treated him like a fool: “Oh c’mon, you are my supervising producer” and Freddie summarised the whole issue in frustration: *Well I ain’t supervising what you produce in there!!!* He quit and went home with vomit on his shirt.
