I understand why this song is rated so highly is because it is like the raps version of Welcome to the Black Parade and I guess the people who listen to Kanye West dont really go out of the realm that he falls under and there is much more powerful and grandiose songs out there that does it much better than Runaway. Is the song bad? No. Is it good? Yes I enjoy the song. Is it the best ever or even Ye's best? No.

I cant really rank the songs on MBDTF because they are all around the same quality for me. except maybe Dark Fantasy So Appalled Hell of a Life and Blame Game which I think are all below average (in the albums context I think the songs are fine) But I would say that Power, All of the Lights, Devil in a new Dress and Lost in the World is better. The album is very much a 7-8 for me its very above average but no where near the best album I have ever heard. I enjoyed your review of it however and thought this was a great video!
