In Brazil us have the Ford Maverick 1970, maked in 74 and end production in 79. Them have 4cc, 6cc and V8 302 engine on models of two and four doors, deluxe and GT. V8 IS LIVE !!!
Aghww, 70s version of 'Speed' without the bus or atleast 50. Now it all makes senses. Hollywood just recycles old ideas. Its an inspiration for another episode of 'Mystery Science Theater 3000'.
1:58 this part must have been filmed in one of them timeslips if this is a 70s movie because I see what I believe to be a 94 Ford Ranger pickup parked in front of mid 90s Pontiac Bonneville both in white
Hell in the thumbnail alone there is in early 90s Cavalier 4 door a late 80s Taurus and an 82 Freightliner cabover tractor while the runaway car is being chased by the 95 Caprice police car. Learn some automotive facts. I'm done with you
I really believe you're right now. I believe it is a Comet with Mustang II bumpers. I went ahead and double-checked the width specs of both cars and the Mustang was actually .1 of an inch wider than the Maverick or Comet overall which could be purely the side view mirrors. If they are talking about actual body width on Google then what is one tenth of an inch really going to matter when changing bumpers you know
ok not sure how this will end but after the kid gose to clime out i cant help but think why did no one drive in front something big and fast match the speed and as they slow her down pit her and just let the car dougnut the tire off
I remember a Starsky & Hutch episode in which they were driving their Ford Gran Torino at slow speed. Starsky then discovers that the brakes do not work & then the car is hurtling through the city at about 160 km/h!
You know, if it were a simple stick shift car you would just press the clutch and the car would cruise to a stop. Why oh why do so many people prefer automatic ? It's more expensive to buy, to fix, and it takes all control away from you.
All they had to do, was to remove the ignition fuse, or at worse, pull out high voltage cables. The first one in most cars can be done from the cocpit, the second could be done while hanging out from a side window, not to mention the brakes would have stopped the car and blow the crankshaft, stalling the engine permanently. This movie is just stupid.
if you hold the release handle at the same time, you can press the e brake and put any amount of pressure it takes! Do talk stupid, we have enough stupid people people.
