RunCam FAN From Florida - USA Thanks for all of your time and effort you've put into all of your videos.. From Quads to Software.. We do Appreciate Everything you put out there... Thanks Again Cole
By mistake I ordered the nano for a build , opened the box was like “oh” plugged it in and was pleasantly surprised nice little camera that glad I messed up now 😂
Hello Lee, and thank you for continuing to support us "still analog" guys, you are a great knowledgeable resource I always turn to for information and products... ~ RunCam fan I am!!! ~ Just bought the little RunCam stand-alone DVR and Phoenix V2 for one of my new cruiser builds. Enjoy the little miracles that happen every moment my friend (seconds and inches)
Love you analog coverage. Haven't been able to make the jump to digital yet due to cost so analog is my jam. Thanks and keep up the great work! RUNCAM FAN
Runcam Fan here!I still fly all my analog quads even though I love my 4 digital ones.Analog is my old faithful,it works great and cheap in price compared to digital.Thank you for this video and please continue to make more videos using analog parrs. You're videos are so helpful to me and many others.Keep up the great job and thank you for your hard work and dedication.
I'm a Runcam Fan of the Phoenix 2 and still mostly fly analog for the low cost, instant on, and number of things I can see the video on. I was just thinking the other day that I missed seeing reviews of new analog stuff and here we are! I like the Foxeer Razer Nano and Predator 5 Nano for racing but cool to see Runcam still in the game and thanks for showing it off.
Awsome looking camera. Great Analog still exists. I'm a fan of analogs simplicity and price, since the camera often gets smahed up in crashes. Runcam fan
Another great Vid Lee, good to see the analogue fpv pilots are still being catered for by runcam, definately a fan of runcam cameras Thank you for doing the giveaway Lee, best of luck everyone RUNCAM FAN
Hi Lee, I had a lot of runcams In the beginning and I am a runcam fan here. I have a new build coming up and that racer would look great. Thanks again for the video and information about this camera.
I'm a fan of runcam and would love the camera but I'm more interested in the joystick controller causeI have three analog setups with run cam cameras and they all have the image you showed
Nice i wish this came in my new ELRS Mob7, its spec says it has a Runcam Nano 3 on a small PCB with just the lense on that basically. I wonder if its easy to mount a better one in the canopy i havent taken this one apart before and its my first tinywhoop thats still going strong, the frames getting beat up but im still on the original props too somehow lol, i noticed in other videos that the betafpv cam's seem to always be super clear. Im pretty sure that uses the Nano 4 camera itself but slimmed down as well, but it looks as good/better as other full size analog cam's ive had.. The Mobula7 tinywhoop has the 400mW OpenVTX setup on it and a ceramic ELRS rx antenna, but the video strength is really impressive with the small ufl antenna whip, especially when i use it on my HDO w/ crossfire module. I can go down below parking garage levels as long as there's no interference already in the parking lot, which is seeming to be more common at new places and at the bigger malls.. Idk if theyre 5G antennas for increasing signal or the newer led lights putting out electrical freq interference, who knows. But a buddy noticed the same thing as me as well. Id really be interesting to see a video on a nice comparison of some of the new full size 19mm/20mm Analog Camera's for nighttime and low light camera's available now like the newer version of the Startlight S WDR camera which has 1500tvl i believe.. Id also love to see a 2023 version of the best long range fpv Video Transmitter's for a long range drone or an FPV Wing that can go over 5/10+ miles away without any issues. I still enjoy flying analog on my drones and theres just some drones i have that i wouldnt spend 150$ or so for a digital vtx and camera setup, but i do like the 1s walksnail board. I just already have DJI V2's and a drone with O3 and an Avata, plus sometimes i use them with the analog fatshark module on the side going into the A/V in. It has a great DVR and the picture always seems to be great. Do you happen to know the screen resolution on the Fatshark Dom HDO v1's? I cant get a straight answer because it always seem to show the newer HDO2's..
While I've given up flying, I was a park and back yard flier , but FCC shut such things down. Still I have built flying things for over 60 years, hard habit to stop. Tried some sub 250 drones lost two , allit took was a stiff breeze and where did it go ? At that size and weight , it would fit in the nose pod of a RF-4B Phantom , I'm working ond , yes I'm a RUN CAM FAN, . Do you think twin 70 mm EDFs will be fast enough for it ? Plan is to finish plane and take it to flite test, let them fly it. Will send video if I maiden it there. Runyan fan , should flight fail we will find out how tough it is .... would take a bold step and try the YRF-4E again but when you put canards on a Phantom bad things happen ...I have wrecked several. Take care.
Hi, I have been looking all around the internet trying to find out if this is an only analog camera or if it can also be used for digital systems like the caddx vista lite.. Thanks in advance!
Analogue cameras use one wire to send the video, a digital camera uses a MIPI cable with lots of lots of wires to use to send and receiver the data.. Happy flying!
Awesome little camera, Lee! It seems like a great option for analog micros! 😃 Fantastic review as always! And, of course, RunCam fan! Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
