When I got this I was reminded how behind the curve in game production Queen are these days. 10 years ago we wouldn't have given having to sticker the die any thought. Now the instant thought is "why isn't this a custom-printed die?".
I can't disagree with some of the games I've seen but 3 years on, Queen Games now has an environmentally friendly range of games that puts them at the forefront of the trend. Maybe they took on board criticisms like yours!
If you buy this game, you should get the first expansion ! And if you really enjoy this game already, get the second expansion because it adds 8 more rune stones and a lot more !!! I really love this game.
I Player it at Essen and while it -like all Queen Games I have Player, felt alright and well designed, I missed- like Most Queen Games of recent years- the Last 10% that would have made me buy it. Would Play it again, though.
One thing that wasn't clear-- when you get a runestone for your druid, do you get to choose which one? Or do you just get the next one from a randomized pile?
@You can't leave this empty. I backed the ks. So have I backed a few more over the last years. Never had a problem with them. In this one some people were upset because the games arrived after Essen. We got the games in November. That is still very fast. I think queens ks in the past where horrid but nowadays they have improved.
