Also, several dungeoneering rewards in rs3 were eventually added into osrs like the bonecrusher, the gem bag and the tome of water/fire which functioned somewhat similarly to the tome of frost

Also a lot of the old dungeoneering boss mechanics were pushed onto 97% of osrs’s new bosses added in game

I wish I had my middle school journal with my doodle for an idea of Dragon Claws. My spec idea was 25% but 3 hits, with 100% 66% 33% but the last hit had a 50% accuracy chance. I still remember it to this day that I drew it right around the time the 3rd Age clue update happened.

IIRC, the reason RS3 doesn't have Ultimate Ironman is that there's things that are unreasonable or even impossible to do in RS3 without being able to bank. Also, demonic ashes were in RS3 first, and were then added to OSRS later on.

Ill never forget the day I bagged a hexhunter pre-eoc. I had a group of mates I dung'd with who had 99 slayer but i was only 92 or something, but rather than tell them that I'd found a soulgazer I sneakily made pots to get over 99 slayer and then killed it. Had to admit it to them once I bounded the bow of course, but was the most memorable drop in my RS career

The hexhunter bow in dungeoneering is a shield bow on RuneScape 3 but it exists outside of dungeoneering and is not a shield bow, and has more damage and accuracy versus magic based enemies

Dragon Rider Lance. RS3. GWD2. I think old school has their own version. RS3 version is that the Lance is a Halberd style. Level 85 attack needed to wield. Has Level 80 damage. Has Level 90 accuracy. With invention you can break it down for components to make Aftershock perk.

i remember getting absolutely destroyed by the zaryte bow in 2011. someone with 80 range and lower combat than my 99 range account won like 4/5 times

About anacronia continent, there is a mention and lore things beeing build up to in during Queen Black Dragon quest and lore books it drops mentioning it's tropical island... Not sure if it counts or not, I will leave it up to you :)

hex hunter bow is not a def bow on rs3 and it has bonus damage and accuracy on magic targets

Most of these (Revenants, Dominion Tower/NMZ, GWD, Corp, Overloads, Demonic Gorilla/Tormented Demons, Darkmeyer, Prifddinas, Soul Wars, Shooting Stars, Slayer Helm, Nex, Ring Imbues, PVP Worlds) are from RS2, not RS3. RS3 is from July 2013 and onward, anything before that is RS2.

tbf as a person with a pretty good rs3 account i was always kinda jealous of the nice new osrs content ... why could rs3 not just get all of that as well

Few corrections Hexhunter WAS a shield bow in dungeoneering early in EOC (I think it still is), but was given an additional buff to make it stronger. IT was later released standalone as a very rare drop as a 2h bow, and is one of the strongest bows vs mage mobs in RS3 now The GE in oldschool wasn't copied, it was recreated by hand by the jmods from screenshots. Though you couldn't tell the difference, they did a good job Prif could had 'technically' been in OSRS first as part of the second birthday event, even though it just took place in the empty city. Though I remember my friends on RS3 angry with me that I said that you can visit prif during the birthday event... even though they were only releasing the design documents at the time for RS3

Watching osrs become rs3 is so ammusing

One thing I like about OSRS is new BIS needs old BIS gear to upgrade into the new version. That way content doesn't become dead and is more like a stepping stone to the later tier gear.

This would be a 2hr video if you did everything. Hardly anything new in OSRS is "original". Almost every update is based off of or a simplified version of RS3 content. Which makes sense, they make great content in RS3.

Most of what you mentioned is from RS2, not RS3. OSRS is RS2. I don't consider most of this RS3 stuff, for me RS3 is EoC onwards.
