Yes they were. Whips was around 29-30m when people first obtained em.

During PK worlds, you could fight almost anywhere in worlds, the exceptions being safe zones like banks.

@bigdog9224 hm... seems you're right. I was fooled by the low graphics I guess. I know what claws look like on the ground (I kill tormented demons), and that's too thick to be claws when I look closely.

Actually when whips first came out people were trading partyhats for them, so yes they were 20-40M.

@kevinkevinss It's better than being downed in full bandos yourself because Jagex changed the perfect anti-PJ system that was set up in pvp worlds. You get fuckin pjed during every fight now.

I liekd ep becasue rune fights meant you could get 5m+ now pking risknig is almost pointless becasue theres always people with 100k risk cm and turmoi lthat hit 5 600+s in a row
