Have you ever performed an electrochemical treatment of the aluminum bodies to give the aluminum bodies color? The bronze tone you see on the car at the beginning of the video is stunning.
Looks great as usual. What kind of foam are you using? I tend to shy away from the open cell variety myself. Didn't know Fein makes a shear...hopefully it works better than the 350q I had which caught on fire after an hour of intermittent use from new.

Thanks man, I am using a 1" premium comfort foam, firm density. The Fein shear is a godsend! I got the extra blades for cutting curves which are a huge help for this type of work.
How do you avoid getting glue on your hands and hence on everything else?

It's inevitable that you're going to get some glue on your hands. When I do, I try to clean it off right away with Mineral Spirits immediately followed by Dawn dish soap. I've found wearing gloves to be a nightmare when doing this...
