Congratulations to a successful year, and many more to come! I work at the architecture company that designed the Target Open House. They recently did a presentation on the space and I was surprised to see a familiar face in the store! Don't worry about feeling a little crazy, we're all a little mad inside 🤠

I hope you will be able to answer my question : when you put the cookies in box packaging without plastic seal, aren’t the cookies going to be sluggish / moisture loss and different in taste once it reaches the customers? Because I’m planning to pack my cookies in eco-friendly way to reduce plastic usage. But I’m not sure if it’s doable. Thank you in advance!
