The plaintiff says the defendant is his tenant and stiffed him on rent - and left the place a total mess. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff was his friend and let him do whatever he wanted but then changed his tune when the defendant found another place. He’s countersuing for all he’s out.

The defendant in this case is a landlords nightmare. Probably everyone else feels that way about him. He sure didn't help himself with that smirk on his face. He comes across as a freaking creep.

Everyone plus the universe. It’s the spray tan, 60+ yr old with died hair stare that makes it even more creepy. Does he think someone likes that stare?, no it screams stranger danger…tell the kids to run and I don’t even like kids. Is he staring down the judge or the bailiff? Either way it’s creepy.

I think that's Curt Chaplin, talking to them and I have to say, he liked to start an interaction, and then as soon as they respond, he says, "Harvey, what do you think?" (Get me outta here.) Because the defended admitted that he had no interest in and did not take the mirror doors- until he received the lawsuit. So he’s countersuing is a direct response to the case. If they were his and he wanted them all along, he would’ve taken them with him when he moved out.
