The documentary film of Canadian sporting legend Andrew Harris, as he embarks on the final season of his storied CFL career.
Harris' life is unlike any other -- and the viewer will find Andrew Harris situated with his young family in Toronto, with the defending champion Argonauts, in their 150th anniversary season. The film will follow Andrew's life and document it in a true, never before seen, behind-the-scenes fashion -- a man who will go down as arguably the greatest CFLer ever, but also perhaps the most victorious.
The film will also cut away in segments to recap the days, months and years that have passed in his life. Andrew's career has been nothing short of storybook: leading his hometown Blue Bombers to their first Grey Cup victory in nearly three decades and becoming the first player to win both MVP + Most Outstanding Canadian, and also opening up for the first time about the steroid scandal; winning a second-straight Grey Cup after the COVID cancelled season; leaving the Blue Bombers in free-agency to join the Toronto Argonauts, and helping them to win the Grey Cup over his old team in Winnipeg. We will also dive into the emotional turmoil and difficult moments, exploring the mental health components of his hardships and upbringing.
In this beautifully shot and heart-wrenching documentary, the film explores themes of hope, abandonment, and resilience, while seeing the world of a CFL player in a way that has never before been shown to audiences.

wished had finished his legacy career with the Bombers.....albeit another version of Andrew was patiently waiting for his opportunities. Would have been a storybook finish to his career had he mentored Brady Oliveira and then had his jersey hung high in the Ring Of Honour at IGF stadium. Leaving the Bombers and the way in which it all boiled down was not what I had envisioned albeit he did help the Argos defeat the Bombers in last year's Grey Cup. He should have retired then and there however he defied everyone and ended up playing despite his age and finished the season on a low note. It all left a sour taste in my mouth for what was one of the best Canadian running backs ever.....and I say Canadian because the two best running backs ever in the CFL were Leo Lewis and George Reed. Jon Cornish was arguably up there as the greatest Canadian RBs along beside Andrew Harris. Despite my disappointment in him leaving the Bombers in a snit, I still admire him for leading the Bombers to becoming a powerhouse team in the CFL.
