Running Duals on a Farmall Cub. Antique tractor in operation on the farm. Vintage farm tractor in operation on the farm. #farmallfanatic #farmall #antiquetractors
I don't care what anyone says I think it's awesome ! There is just something cool about duals if you ask me The corn is looking really good ! It must be nice to be getting rain i'm praying we get some Thursday . We planted our food plot strips about the same time you planted your corn I saw the corn was starting to pineapple from lack of rain . Thanks for sharing !
That is totally my tractor! I need to find one. Restore it. And along the way convince my wife this is a good idea! Thanks for sharing your Farmall Facination with us! 👍👍
That’s why I watch your channel. It’s fun and it’s informal a lot of things I don’t know I can pick up from you in a couple other different places. Keep the good work up and make me laugh Skip
That thing looks rad that way. Now it just needs a turbo and a chrome stack Corn is looking great. Yeah, we've had a bunch of rain down here, everything's growing bigtime.
This is a great example of why antique tractors are fun. Is it practical for a cub to have duals? Yeah kind of, but it’s also just fun and interesting and unique which is something you only get with antique tractors.
That is the cutest cub with those duels.Seen a Farmall B with duels and chains the guy used it in the woods to yard his logs out crazy but it sure worked great .p.s. you got style with a fun way of doing things 🏆👍
Excellent video Gino :) also your Captian Red Boom 💥 Power Of Farmall & enjoy your tractor serivce and farm skills to ! Also some stuff get me Lol and keep up excellent work to always to! Plus like Farm Auctions too you go too and lots surprises show to ! Thank You for Putting You Tube videos to watch and watch plus 👍 and comments anytime!
Cub is awesome! I think if they make a new caddy shack that’s got to be a quote you just made with the golfball head comment! Glad you got your spare skins too!
We cultivated at 1” and next day It grow inch’s . We did three times. Your at last time to cultivate. Must drive as fast as possible so stalks come back up. Look great !!!
Hello Gino that's what I see lots of fun looks cool. Try a disc behind it would be interesting. Enjoyed your video have a great day. Corn looks great see you then.
You’re having WAY too much fun! Are you going to use the E-bike to get to the deer stand?😅 Looking forward to seeing the snow flee from your presence!😁
I know, you just had to play in the mud a little bit, lol, and you were having fun,but you had to make a second round, lol. I would have done the same thing, lol , just because. Love the way the duals look. It sure is a shame there are people who are unappreciative of what you are doing. Thank you for letting me have fun watching you have fun.
@FarmallFanatic the way I figure it, if you put duals on one of the first things a guy has to do is find some place to make tracks, lol. I was waiting for the donut, lol. I suppose you will get to that in time, lol.
@@FarmallFanaticI certainly noticed you heading for the little mud spot and the way it floated through and your explanation of how easy it is to bolt them on have convinced me to get another set of rims. Thank you, sir.
I'm impressed with how the corn came back from you driving all over it with the sprayer. Now you will do more damage trying to cultivate and it looks pretty clean so save the five gallons of fuel that you would use to cultivate. If you don't have enough thread length you take a half inch die and go down another inch. Still you can buy flats by the pound at TSC or Rural King. I know you have grade three, five and eight for nuts and bolts but never noticed different grades of flat or lock washers. When I was doing truck and tractor tires I had a service call to get a hard head wedged from between a set of duels. What are the odds? Don't know and really didn't care except the farmer balked at the truck service call. I would have cut him a deal if he would have driven to the end of the field and helped me to get the tractor up. I asked him to drive the inside tire on a six by six wood block and he made me jack it up. If you do the duels for snow plowing would you put your chains on the inside or outside tires? For the blade you will need to weld extensions on the plow so you run on plowed ground. If you wanted to fit ground I would think you can pick up a single gang six or seven foot horse disk and you will pull it and wipe out the wheel tracks.
@@FarmallFanatic What about crop dusting it with a hot air balloon tethered to the cubby running it around the perimitor? Then you wouldnt mash the corn.
They're just a cool piece of history. I had a guy tell me hes a collector, but then on the other hand said he had no use for a Cub. I said, then you're not a collector.
@@FarmallFanatic yeal, he's not a collector. I have five tractors and I don't have a farm. The only time I get to use them is on my brothers dairy farm. And that's getting harder and harder to do because the equipment is getting bigger and bigger. So mostly I tractor pull or go riding with them.
@@FarmallFanatic he is milking around one hundred. He also has four four cylinder Farmalls himself that he gives jobs to. Like his M picks all of the ear corn for the steers feed.
We got 10 balls per acre one year in a cherry orchard next to a golfers house, he wore a cardigan when he mowed his yard... He would also dump his lawn debris in our orchard too. Neighbors are great.
That’s pretty cool I’ve never seen a cub with duels on. I have a tone of Famall equipment even a model FHF Hough PayLoader subsidiary of International Harvester.
Good looking corn. Is that electrical tape on the steering wheel or a steering wheel cover. Are you planning on November to harvest the corn or October? Thanks for sharing! I've harvested dent corn in December in the snow before that was fun 😂
Hey LOL looking good. Makes me want to get a set for my cub. To the moron who said their a joke on a cub and your deck is too small hey this guy is having a ball doing what he's doing! Don't like it tuff cookies buckwheat! Maybe alittle jealous are ya! Have fun doing what ya love doing. I enjoy your channel I'm an over the roadtrucker and when I kickback for the day I always come here! Lots of interesting stuff going on! Oh yeah ya got a baseball bat? Those are good for golf balls you smack them suckered and their clear outta site!
That Hubnor Seed Company you turned me onto the other day showed me on their brocedure that my neighbor just up the road got over 190 bushels per acre last year from their seed, (corn) so its a small world, huh. Did that guy that had the resto John Deere tractor say what he had to have for the thing Saturday? Thanks, Bill
Do you have snakes there? I heard once that snakes will swallow golf balls thinking that they’re eggs. I don’t know just a thought. I know that I find golf balls at my place and miles away from a golf course.
Anybody against putting a 5 ft finish mower under a Cub as far as horsepower? ... Or should I plan for getting a Super A for mowing? 😎 And any tips y'all have would be appreciated...🇺🇸
Yes its too high to cultivate Really don't matter, its not going to make grain, or if it does it will be 35% moisture or more. Silage maybe a good Idea .
