Its wild seeing someone whiz past you at this pace if you're just running a 10 minute mile. I legit sprinted for seconds to catch up to some guy that passed me just to see if I could, but I was too tired and gave up the chase. Its super impressive and looks like they're running on a floating cloud because it looks so effortless

That pelvic tilt is for real. I feel like I look stupid when I run bc athletes run straight up with perfect form but I run tilted forward like I’m going head first hahaha

please anybody tell me with your experience, 6.30 mile to 5.15 mile in one season training. Is it possible? By following this plan👇 Day-1, 400x20 Day-2, 10k easy run Day-3, Tempo runs & 5x100m sprints Days-4, rest day And same routine repeats for one season(90 days) I'm waiting for some valuable replies🙏

Has anyone ever experienced numbness between the balls of your feet and big toes from running? What did you do to treat it? How long does it take to heal? I think running too hard down inclines for a few days is what caused it for me. Thank you for any ideas.

Slow down wait months and try again. Don't force an injury and running shoes is another consideration. Looks at Brooks each running shoes of theirs has vastly different properties

Hi Sage, What do you mean with “if your running form isn’t perfect but your not having pane, iron it out with hill sprints ect’? I’m currently running just above the 6/mile pace. I come from 7/mile since last year. I never had any overuse issues, though with my last race I felt sore in lower back and quads, which indicates anterior pelvic tilt according to your video. Some pictures showed it very clearly too. Like I said, never any real discomfort during or after running. Should I target anyway hip flexor and hamstring mobility to improve my running?

Roughly 1.6m based on Cadence : speed calculations.
@jy3990
@jy3990 3 года назад
Nope it’s approximately 1.51m each stride on average taking his speed and cadence.

@jy3990
@jy3990 3 года назад
@@sooraj1497 there’s a Reddit post including a chart u may google “Chart to study pace mechanics of cadence vs stride”, alternatively doing the math he completes 1000m in 225 seconds, averaging 4.444...m/s and multiplied by 60, he runs ~266.6667m in 1 minute, ÷ it by 176 steps to get his average stride length, it is approximately 1.51515152m, so it should be 1.52m (3sf)... not really 1.51m lol.

This somofaguns marathon pace is faster than 6 min per mile? to me (not a runner) that seems insane to me. I ran a quarter mile yesterday at a 6 min mile pace and it felt like nearly a sprint 😂

If you just started running your legs will hurt because since running is a high impact sport it puts a lot of stress on your muscles and such so take it slow don’t increase mileage until you think you can go farther
@Lizardthedonnnnn

Body not used to impact of running and the distance. Body will adapt in time. Keep consistent and take rest when needed.
