Runny heart and chocolate chip muffin
Ingredients:
1 pot of yogurt of 125 gr
4 eggs
1 1/2 pot of sugar
4 pots of flour
1 sachet of baking powder
1/2 jar of sunflower oil
1 tbsp liquid vanilla

150 gr of chocolate chips and 50 gr for the top
Preparation :
Make balls of spread and place them in the freezer for 2 hours
In a salad bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar as well as the eggs and oil.
Add the flour, vanilla and baking powder and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips and mix
Fill the boxes with dough.
Place a ball of spread.
Add chocolate chips on top and bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
Leave to cool before tasting.
