This is the first gameplay of the wipe with rogue as part of a team that I have seen. I was afraid there would be no synergy with the other team members, but I think rogue does well harassing and distracting without getting killed
as a warlock main, cutthroat-rupture rogue is nightmarish. Its the perfect counter to my class especially after the stealth nerfs. if i get rupture crossbowed, my ability to cast spells is diminished(lost health). if i get knifed close range, i am dead unless divine intervention saves my buttcheeks, not to mention rogues being pretty fast so its harder to space. the only other class that comes close is if a good ranger 3 taps me with a recurve and i have no cover.
There right bro. This rogue shit only works because the stronger classes turn off there brain. The barb will just drink a potion in front of you while wearing bis in hr, then go in the discord and cry. The warlock will turn there back and run almost every time, despite knowing I could have back stab. Just turn, tank a hit and falchion me in the face one-two times. Your all to dense to improve your mechanics. You weren’t really crying but I’m glad your dog shit, because you will be even worse when they need your class hahahahaha
Glad to know I made my debut in this channel before I even saw this video. I was the wizard in beginning, it was my first time doing bonk wizard and as you can see I was overconfident lol.
I used this build on my rouge all last season and it work awesome. When you add the pockets perk that hides your pots, the dark is essentially another hide for you. Nobody ever expects to not be able to use there abilities cause of cutthroat and they almost always just panic. nice examples in this vid.

What if, hear me out, Cutthroat prevented perks from being applied as well as the skills? I feel it would be interesting for certain perks, quite niche but still usable.
thats funny I was doing this too, I would rupture crossbow a warlock/wizard and they would come straight at me just to get cutt throat into no counterplay xD
it is likely (and a good thing) that rogue feels a little weak rn. They have to find a new place for the class without such strong stealth mechanics. They will build it back up.
