The funny thing is, unless it was a rule that just wasn’t stated, this has the same ‘loophole’ as spiffing Brit’s video. The hunters can kill the jarl first, thereby preventing him from completing his goal of assassinating the jarl, because now he physically cannot kill the jarl.
My issue with that loophole, besides it contradicting the objective of the defenders, is that the attacker could still find the target’s body, resurrect them, and be the last one to have killed the target thus managing to fulfill their victory criteria. I’m surprised it wasn’t a potential outcome discussed in Spiffing’s video
I knew there's a skeleton under that bridge, but I never knew it was a maven's rival putted asleep with the fishes. How do you got this information? (Sorry for my bad English)
@@Puccbelit In Black-Briar Manor in Riften there is a Letter from Christophe Bartlet (apparently that's his name), and in Bannered Mare in Whiterun there is a Letter from Maven on a table in front of Utgerd the Unbroken. JAccording to the letters, he insulted her somehow, and then asked for forgivness. She said that she will send someone to fetch him, and deliver him to Riften, that she wishes to avoid making a scene, and that the journey could be rather treacherous. Judging from this, he was offed, and dumped under the bridge (the nameless skeleton).
@@grzegorzflorek5623 i doubt that would be the skeleton, because that means the person would have to have offed the person, dragged it all the way up the multiple stair flights, and dumped the body right in front of dragonsreach and all the guards there. I think the skeleton is actually that of a failed assassin that they just dumped into the pond. (because an assassin isn't worthy of a proper burial in the eyes of the people who serve the king they tried killing)
@@ariabritton9669 They dumped corpse into their own swimming pool? That doesn't make sense. They could have just Sparta kick him out of the Great Porch...
there are many theories about the skeleton, nothing is really confirmed. there's even a theory that the body is the jarl's affair, and that he silenced her.
I think it would be interesting to have to kill multiple or all of the jarls in one hunt. Might require a third or fourth hunter, which might break the game more. It would keep the hunters on their toes having to track you down and use the information they have to figure out where you'll be next. It would probably be a really lengthy vid though.
I'd enjoy seeing this same concept but just the goal being different jarls from different holds. Like it'd be neat to see this play out needing to kill the jarl Markarth or Riften.
32:40 "Phased through a god damn door... WHY IS THERE A SKELETON UNDER THE DRAWBRIDGE-?! Wh- WHO ARE YOU?!" Has the exact same energy as "I can't make it the shit stuck. OUTTA MY WAY SON! DOOR STUCK THE DOOR'S STUCK! PLEASE" idk i might be crazy
@@Sebbir you've gotta be way too young basically there's this one old meme that was running around about counter strike (i think) basically a guy gets stuck in a door and knifed to death while screaming "DOOR STUCK, DOOR STUCK" and what not. You can search it up if you wanna watch it i guess
It would be funny if Christian pretended to be a Whiterun guard to get close to the jarl and paranoid hunters would start killing all the guards in a row.
If there was a mod to remove the name popping up over players, that would be a neat addition. It would be a Skyrim version of FailRace Survive the Hunt.
…..not really lmao aren’t khajit the tallest race after altmer if you consider their lore? Like don’t they have like 7 foot demon cat khajits as half their race?
@@nekogaming5300They Can range from literal housecats to just regular guys depending on the moon. But in game from floor to hips the Khajitt are the second shortest race.
@@vibrantdonkey8589 i mean to be fair khajits are still awesome and im probably biased since they are my favorite race lmao like giants demon war cat people just sounds so cool to see
@@vibrantdonkey8589 lol ironically i don’t even like cats all that much in comparison to dogs, the neko gaming was just my swgoh name that i made on a whim and it just stuck
Question, would my strat to find him the jarl work after glitched? Head to Riverwood talk to alvor and get the quest to talk to the jarl. Then you should have a quest marker showing his location.
I thought there was faster way to do the merchant chest exploit, but my memory failed me and I was wrong. For anyone who doesn't want to do all the work involved with the Whiterun there is a very easy one in Dawnstar. Just keep in mind that these are exploits and if used in a normal playthrough may take the fun out of your game!
There is, go inside the companions hall, and steal a platter. Go back outside. Push it against the wall facing the blacksmith and run into it. You will phase through the wall and fall under the companions hall and then you can walk two feet to the skyforge merchant chest.
Shouldve rushed to Riften and gone into the Dawnguard Canyon, accept the quest, just cheese the whole vampire cave, bring serena home and become a vampire lord in less than 40 mins and just show up at their place as a vampire lord and throwing them around and hitting them with big AOE LMAO. Obviously you start as Darkelf so their stupid flame spell wont just melt you.
This is the first video I've watched on the channel and I was very entertained would love to see more of these skyrim manhunts maybe with different rules and goals to spice things up
Im glad this just popped up in my fyp. This is extremely reminiscent of the kinds of stuff my friends and i would do back in the day when we played gta5.
3 hunters for the next place? I say markarth next, lotta open space to make it tricky to corner you but also the jarl usually saunters around areas that could easily leave you trapped and not alot of alternate methods of entry and those that are- are a trek to venture through I could see it going either way for you or the hunters
I'd love to see a video like this but with a more strict defender and attacker format. Everyone starts different areas and have maybe 5 days to prep before the objective becomes hot. The catch is (intentional) glitches and exploits are against the rules. Imagine some of the stupid shit the defenders would cook up and the stuff the attacker can prepare in 5 days. That's enough time to run through a quest and get an artifact or gain money to get some powerful spells... or just fill the city with physics objects so the attacker physically can't get to the objective. IDK.
there's a glitch where if jump and interact (in first person and weapons out) you can face any direction but if you have a follower and command (hold interact on them if you forgot) them you can move anywhere, to leave this state just press the cancel button and move oh and if you command the follow like tell them to wait during this you will need to get hit to stop flying and command them by talking not holding
For whiterun right at the entrance go into the little room with a barrel to the right crouch jump to the right corner and jump outside the walls then run all the way around whiterun and get the chest
Honestly this would have had such a better vibe if you had a story to this. Dark Brotherhood, bodyguards hired due to guards being short staffed because of the dragon attacks, ect
I’d be instantly telling the alchemist in solitude her daughter is dead so she’ll let me loot her ingredients. That and the free ingredients in the college and u can get a good early boost
Just a heads up, if you have AE (Which I believe you do given champions rest being on your map) you can get a bow in whiterun that makes you invisible when it's equipped
iirc you have to get the quest from the jarl's advisor....and you can't actually do the quest in full until after the first dragon fight. AND THEN, in a quest that already makes you spend time out and about Whiterun, he'd have to kill the assassin who has the bow, who is in the palace. All while those two would be after him.
I'd say the Dawnstar Chest exploit is much more lucrative. Though I dunno if the merchant inventory reset thing works on multiplayer, so it might be one-time use-
Love when I click on a video to give a new to me creator a chance, and then the top comment ruins the video by exposing what happened and so now the video just drops all interest.
@@Goffygoober-s8k I didn't on mobile there is a little window under the video that shows the top few comments. When the top comment is the spoiler, it ruins it
Tbf I wouldn’t say expert. Theres also 3 other chests available in dawnstar, markarth, and solitude. Those 3 being khajit chests and require nothing but looking at the right spot. Theres also a chest if you glitch thru a pillar in the college, underneath the bar in the rat way; there are so many other options than just the skyforge chest that are available.
Actually, the glitchy textures outside Whiterun is there for me too and I've never gone out of bounds. I think this is just the mods conflicting with the game.
Most Skyrim Players can't exist without having wanted to kill at least one of the Skyrim Children. That is in fact, what constitutes for a normal skyrim player. It is a completely normal phase!.. *To never get past.*
I think you weren't taking the appropriate damage, there were times that it would swap to your POV just after being hit and you were at 100% hp. Not a bad video, but skripted af.
I would LOVE to see this, but without any exploits. Instead you would get, IDK, maybe 20 minutes? 15? to prepare. That would make for some potential interesting plays like "Dress up as a guard" or make a trap for the hunters. Maybe ban a few overpowered items/tactics as you go along in an attempt to balance it a bit more.
I thought this would be a really awesome video but honestly bro you ruined it by cheating this whole way through clipping through the map fully ruined it bad form
